We don't celebrate Halloween here. Some people carve pumpkins with their kids for fun though.
We have Carnival in February or early March, a several days lasting mascarade. It has nothing to do with horror, it's about satire, music, traditional food and drink, and mocking politicians.
Kids also collect candies door to door dressed up in costumes.
