Good morning folks! I thought I'd open the cafe today!

How is everyone?

What puts you in a good mood if you are having a bad day? For me talking to my bf or watching a Disney movie helps me.

What motivates you? My dogs motivate me when I'm feeling low as I have to take them out on walks.

What quotes inspire you? I'm not sure but I always remember "insanity is expecting the same results over again without changing anything".

I'm doing alright, thank you for asking. Hope everyone else is too.
If I'm having a bad day, then I come on here and talk. That always seems to help. Also listening to music, reading, and watching movies.
I'm motivated by everyone I know on SF, they push me to do better.
A quote that inspires me is "Be somebody who makes everybody feel like a somebody".

I have a certain sense of dread today, like something bad is about to happen, everything has made me a little jumpy so far but I'm not in a bad mood or nothing

What puts you in a good mood if you are having a bad day? Usually music helps a lot, failing that, just talking to people and it usually takes my mind off whatever it was I was thinking about... Or... Sleep

What motivates you? The only thing that mildly motivates me any more is things to concerning or relating to my daughter. For the most part, I no longer have motivation to be any but what I am now... Sometimes, I'll get down about it but for the most part I've lived a lot and I'm just here to chill and have a laugh now.

What quotes inspire you? I'm not in this world to live up to your expectations and you're not in this world to live up to mine. I just posted this recently in chat, it's one of my favourites.

What puts you in a good mood if you are having a bad day?

Cuddling my dog or meeting up with a friend normally cheer me up. Sadly I haven't been able to see my dog for weeks now as he's staying with my daughter. At least I can still have a front garden cuppa with my friend.

What motivates you?

I'm not particularly well known for my motivation! But I'd go to the ends of the earth if my kids asked me to.

What puts you in a good mood if you are having a bad day?
Talking about nothing serious with other people helps me by distracting my mind from my woes. I don't talk to my daughter much as she has become very judgmental of me and a downer.

What motivates you?
I get passionate about crafting and exercise and everything else follows.

What quotes inspire you?
Too many to quote...Each has it own place and time; honestly I can't think of anything special offhand. I used to like the paper Franklin Planner because it had an inspiring quote each day on the pages.

Day off today; I spent two hours working on my crafts (see I am in a good mood) ; a friend was over for the morning (see - more distraction from being sad), and I will be playing an online game tonight (more distraction from my woes). Now I have to get exercise this weekend.

So-so I guess, could def. be much better but could be worse too.

What puts you in a good mood if you are having a bad day?
Reading, making collages (mostly digital), chocolate, my sweet perfect lil kitten, watching SW, looking at pix of Mark Hamill, talking to my sis (just wish that could be weekly rather than as rare as it is), going for a drive, remembering better times, lots of things.

What motivates you?
I have a hard time with it a lot of the time but I guess curiosity about things and people, art, positive/uplifting/inspiring quotes and affirmations, other people being brave or courageous in some way, and just a desire to be a better person I guess.

Too many to list & don't really have the time or energy right now sorry.

1. what puts me in a good mood when i feel down: of course my 2 little chihauhaus help a lot. and i'm sure i don't have to mention the main thing, my 64 dodge . working on her or driving her always makes me relax. by the way her name is jasmine, we named her after our beloved dog that passed away few years ago

2. what motivates me: the biggest motivator for me is if i know my wife wants to get out of the house. i push myself as hard as i can to make her happy, as much as she loves me she deserves whatever she wants.

3. quotes: i don't really get into quotes usually but i like a good one. i prefer what flows naturally from a persons heart

Whenever I afraid of doing something because of the possibility of me failing miserably. I imagine the absolute worst case scenario and realise (most of the time) that my worries aren't really that big. I got this from the 4 hr work week

What puts you in a good mood if you are having a bad day? Knowing that I can go outside, stay in the backyard and spend time fishing in the tank in the yard while sipping a beer. Fishing, the best way to loaf and people think you are actually doing something.

What motivates you? The fact that even though it has not happened yet, each day may be the chance for me to have something good to come to me. It has been a long time since the last time but I have learned calm and patience.

What quotes inspire you? It's better to die than be a coward.
