Since we're opening late, we're having high tea instead of breakfast and coffee today.
Thanks to @Brian777 for the lovely fine china. How long have you been collecting? @baywasp, thanks for doing all the flower arrangements - such a fine eye for roses! And @NYJmpMaster, thanks for setting the tables (and measuring the settings to the exact inch for forks from knives!) Thanks @Ravi and GhosTea for selecting the best tea - you are our official "tea sommeliers" now. Thank you @nobodyknows71 for polishing silver all night, along with the other silver elves @WatchingPlanesFlyBy @Emerald Hyperion and @Acanthi - your fingers must be tired today. We all appreciate @Evangeline and @texaskitty for the time and effort they gave in baking for us, along with @cymbele and @Petal! (Btw, could one of you four give us some tips on how to ice petits fours, please?) Thanks also, @JDot @DrownedFishOnFire @Witty_Sarcasm for ironing all the linens...no wrinkles in the process, I gather?
@Freya, thank you for the calligraphy place cards - somehow you found the time to do it in between rl commitments! Our busy wait staff today are @Kiwi2016 @Kira75 @VivianEve @Baicha cgh0991 is our maitre d' today and if you have any questions, special dietary requests, or need something to make today's high tea better, please ask cgh0991. @SillyOldBear is overseeing the wait staff and ensuring that the tables are never empty of tea or food. Bussing the tables - a necessary evil - is kindly being attended to by @JacsMom @DoodlingStars @Unknown_111 and @Innocent Forever. A reminder to @total eclipse @Lonely85 @walkerbait95 and @Rockclimbinggirl - yes, you are welcome to bring a guest if you want. 
Everyone else is just to come and enjoy...I will be in the kitchen later to help with dishes. (In fact, I think we will all need to pitch in today! Enjoy the goodies and fine service! And take some time to sit and be waited on yourselves!!
Today's Challenge: Have a good dinner tonight...My is cheese and spinach filled ravioli.
