Greetings all! :) and welcome to Jim's chocolate and coffee cafe.
We have a wide range of chocolate cereals, slices, scones, fudges, cakes, desserts... etc etc etc.... (lots of chocolate)
Because it is getting close to Christmas, we are serving @TheButterflyEffect's special carrot cake for anyone that doesn't like chocolate.
Also, Jim's Cafe is doing a special offer for the regular patrons, where if you leave your business card in the little bowl on the counter, we will send you a box of lovely New Zealand chocolates for Christmas.

@Rockclimbinggirl and @Freya will be doing the dishes this time because they normally let me do it ;)

@Brittless will be taking care of seating

@crumbum will be handing out christmas teddy bears

@Worthlessness will be serving goat's milk

Thanks @cgh0991 for opening the cafe so early this morning (hey, it's almost the end of Monday for you), so that I can actually come for a drink before I head to work.
Really excited for the teddy bear! Can I have one? Maybe I'll eat breakfast when I come back. Anyone going to handblend some potatoes and eggs together and fry them as pancakes? Maybe I'll make that for myself later and anyone else who wants (with flowers and ice cream for @Worthlessness). If @Brittless saves me a seat I'll join here.

Today I'm tired, and drained from yesterday/last night, but gonna try stay centred and stay safe. I just gotta do my part. However impossible/futile that may seem.

Really looking forward to those New Zealand chocolates

@Innocent Forever of course there will be a seat for you. I have been deprived of chairs since I moved here so prepare yourselves for some luxurious seating as overcompensation. It's almost like @cgh0991 knew... o_O

hi cafe people. Long time no see. I too have my first final today and would rather stare at rocks than do it, but it's geology so the class does actually require me to stare at rocks.

A lot of finals going around. Me too, only mine wasn't my first. I had one last week for some reason. Today I had one on ideologies for political science. Pretty easy except I only remembered 1 of the 3 modernizing dictators our teacher taught us because he usually tells us what's important to know, and he didn't include that on the list :mad: Can't be too mad at him though; he gave us candy. I have to finish a take-home exam maybe by tomorrow. I don't remember the due date. I've been screwing up these essay questions so I have to pull out a good grade on this one. Plus a little paper for Wednesday and assignments for my information technology class due the 21st and an exam on Thursday with a take-home essay portion that sounds sufficiently easy.

I'm about to go to Moe's Southwest Grill and get a quesadilla plus I get free queso today for signing up for their mailing list. Not the best spending possible, but I'm not claiming to be particularly responsible.

Good luck to everyone else who has final exams and any other final papers or projects.

I just finished mine. I like how the prof gave us options, for which topic to write about.

It is still snowing here. I really don't want to go outside of I think I will hang out in the library for a bit.

Was rudely woke up by Wild Child jumping after Souza and Wild Child drew blood on my leg digging in her nails trying to gain purchase on the bed trying to prove her point that she does not approve of Souza taking up residence in the bedroom with 2 lines of blood on the leg to prove I wasn't dreaming I started to yell and Wild Child made a mad dash for the cat door.

My blood offering to appease cat gods is done for the day and hope both have no problems today.

Maybe the other gods would be pleased and give me a better day as well!

Migrane is a fking b#$%& tonight. Stickin thru it at work as its almost the end of the shift but damn I am sure its due to how dry the air is.
