Jim's Café - Monday, November 7th

Greetings Everyone!

Seeing as I'm hungry and no-one has opened the cafe yet, I decided to take matters into my own hands and open early with the key that @AlexiMarie7 loaned me.

In recognition large number of tips that came in on the 5th (thank you @bobbob, @Ima.robot, @Fluffypingu, @SA76, @Angelwhalo143, @nicesinging1, @whatamigoingtodo and @Sam2629!) the menu is going to be slightly different today.

Breakfast: Large bowl of self-worth; Scrambled self-esteem, served on slices of toasted humour; Cups of happiness are on the house today (with chocolate on top).

Lunch: Spaghetti a la Certitude, with a garnish of perspective;

Dinner: Small Pastries of Peace filled lavishly with Love.

We have taken the liberty of hiring a small yet well-known band to perform for our loyal patrons. Members are as follows:
Lead Singer: @Greying (many of the songs composed by her)
Harmony: @TheButterflyEffect (also bakes an excellent cake)
Guitarist: @Worthlessness (his stage name is 'Worthalot')
Drummer: @Petal (she is legendary)
Pianist: @Butterfly (also legendary)

Lovely entertainment lineup! Instead of an autograph, I'm going to try to grab @TheButterflyEffect between sets to beg for her carrot cake recipe.

I need to take care of some house chores, and get in some exercise today. But I'll be back for dinner!

Both of my classes today got canceled, but I still have to meet with a classmate for a group project. I have to finish my work first. I'm pretty sad though, even though I'm glad I didn't have to go to class. I was trying to communicate my feelings to a friend and he just got frustrated with me He said he wasn't angry, but I got scared he was. Maybe if it weren't over text it would have been clearer.
