The challenge for today is to go outside and get some fresh air.

I am sittin at my computer a friends flat wishing that he would get off his ass and actually do something for once rather than sit on his bum watching the boring old daytime television. I would rather put pins in my eyes than sit and watch daytime tv all day. Im like, put on something more adult that not mindless you knowput on netfix don't sit there and watch shit all day.

Hey all!
Looks like this cafe is a little empty today.
I love your challenge. Stood by the door earlier just for some fresh air, and I guess when I went to the car and from the car, and then back again, I got some fresh air.
I went shopping today. In the shop I went to (a TKmaxx, for the british), I met 2 people who again commented about my coming every week. I've been with my sister the past 3 or 4 saturday evening's. So they have a 20% off for the store members and their friends. The cashier I went to offered me hers. When I went to pay she wasn't there. The manager came up and gave her details so that I could have it (they're both my 'friends'). It's interesting, for it's me they recognize and comment to, there are still others there that have done that, and not my sister, who I always go with. But, I got 20% off because I always say hi and talk to the people I meet. Something good out of being me, I guess. Today's been quite a long day here. Want to get to bed at a reasonable hour and watch a movie, and get to sleep before I spiral too much.
Looking forward to seeing the show (comedy/skit/music) soon, if it's not before I get to bed, I'll have to watch it tomorrow, instead.

I went outside to go downtown to pay my teammate for the party we're going to be having tonight. I'm going to be outside en route to the party too. I didn't feel like leaving the house today, but I decided it would be good for me to get to the party, despite the fact that I'm convinced I don't fit in among my teammates and that people only pretend to like me because they feel bad for me. I have to leave in a couple of hours if I wanna get there on time. I'm really struggling with wanting to go somehow, even though I'm usually really excited for these. As soon as I saw a post about this gathering yesterday evening, I started to actually feel suicidal. So that was kind of an odd response. I want to know what's going on with me.

Gotta get nostalgic on Robin Williams for being one of the best advocates for mental illness of our time. Like someone quoted him saying mental illness and depression is a bitch to all

I went shopping so I guess that counts as getting fresh air :P Spent too long drinking, need to take it easy before I go back to work tomorrow.
