I was gonna say the exact same thing, that I love the leaves falling and the bright red ones but I have a strange thing I like too, that diner's and restaurants change their menus for the autumn/ winter season, adding cottage pie and stews and hearty potato and leek soup yummy :)

I love the cool air; it's my favourite time of year actually. Not yet freezing, but not the unbearable heat of summer.

No plans for the weekend. May go get some snacks for the week, and possibly browse around for a pair of earrings. Nothing fancy or expensive.

Other than that, nothing else going on and I will probably move only as much as needed to confirm that I am still alive.

Fall is really nice because of the big sweaters you can wear and warm honey-cinnamon-milk drink is the best. I also love the colors of the trees.

I'm on a break from the hospital this weekend and I'm hanging out with mom and I would love to go to the gym tomorrow. I think I'm just going to try to take time for myself, maybe play some games and I'm excited about getting out of the hospital next week. Maybe take time to learn some sign language, who knows.

I think what I like about autumn (that's right peeps - autumn not fall :p) is putting the fire on and snuggling up on the sofa in some cosy PJs.

I have just eaten a nice chicken dinner with mash, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower (and gravy obviously, or why bother) and now going to try to motivate myself to do some work. Started far too late really so no idea if that is really going to happen.

Hope everyone is having a splendid and work-free Saturday :)

Enjoying the craft fairs and making Xmas presents. Got my creative side going and that's a good excuse to keep making stuff. I do like going to craft fairs in November and December - it's neat to see what people are making and what people are buying. My leaves from my maple are finally coming down and soon I will have to rake. That's the bad side of autumn. But today I am happy making presents.

Decor is spray painted frosted mason jars with baling string tied at the top and candles inside on the tables along with a center pit and a roaring fire to keep some of us warm. Satisfied @Rockclimbinggirl does it pass your inspection?

I love this time of the year when Indian summer is suddenly yanked from us enjoying the decent weather and being slapped with the cold in our bones forcing us to turn on the heat and start to really prepare for Old Man Winter and people still able to stay outdoors without frostbite enjoying the possible last bonfire. Cider still being available that can turn into mulled hot cider.

Its inspiring for me to paint (somewhat) or organize my paperwork and shred some paperwork that I have been putting off.

Good afternoon! I was up and out fairly promptly this a.m.

@Rockclimbinggirl Ooh, decorating duty! @DrownedFishOnFire and @baywasp - we can have all kinds of fun! *grins*

What do I like about the fall? Hmmm...the color of the leaves; the cool, crisp temps; the little critters as they gather food for their winter snooze; the smell of the woods; the aroma of wood fires in fireplaces; coming in from a long walk with cold fingers and feeling them tingle and get warm again; the bright blue of the sky...I love the fall. :)

Oh Acy I cant upstage you today as it is too cool to look at. Nice ideas especially using pinecone pieces for that Turkey and the kitchen looks so expensive!

Hi folks, I managed go to town on my walking aids for the first time in two months. It was daunting but it was good to have human interaction. My ankle hurts but I had a smile for the first in nearly three years.

Autumn/Fall is my favourite season! The leaves on the ground are so pretty and the weather isn't terribly cold. But it's cold enough to get snuggled under soft, fluffy blankets with hot chocolate. It's also time for onesie weather. I haven't cracked out the bear onesie yet. But I am sure Lexi bear will present herself soon!

Am so proud of myself. Got the courage to start listing items on ebay. Big ticket item has buy it now of 96 bucks per ebays listing suggestion. Lol like anyone would bite but I gotta be glued to my phone if any of the items buyers buys it now I want it on its way ASAP due to the holidays.

Start rebuilding my Zero bank account. At least I have over a grand left on the hospital bill for net debt. I wanted 6 months of living expenses in the savings account but am drained dry. My own undoing but most of it was due to the accident.
