I went to school to work out around 4, stayed for 45 minutes, then went and had some hot ginger milk tea and a salmon sushi burrito with crunchy fried onions. Then I walked to my favorite street in the neighborhood adjacent to the sushi place and got some ice cream. Then I came home and opened up the document where we signed up for shifts for our roses fundraiser and noticed I either forgot to remove my name from the list where I'd put it at first by itself or someone re-added it because I'm now signed up for a 3rd shift by myself and I'm still waiting on someone else to sign up to do it too... don't know if anyone else will though. I mentioned on our Facebook page that I'm not comfortable with doing it by myself, but I am not sure if anyone really cares, as no one has even acknowledged it. I don't wanna remove my name from the list because we really need people for that time.

@cgh0991 Those emotes are really cute - where do we find the page that has them?

Thank you @Kira75 and @Innocent Forever and hi to both of you! :)

Good night @Acy; thanks for the chocolate brownies! And better luck next time with the board games :D

@baywasp It sounds like you had some good food today! I hope everything will sort itself out with your roses fundraiser so you won't have to do the shift alone if you don't want to. Thanks for sharing about your day!

I signed up for another shift right before the one where I'm probably gonna be alone, and this one is with a guy who's been pretty nice and helpful most of the year. My thinking is that if I allow myself some time to get into the swing of things before I have to set out on my own, that'll help me some. And maybe I can ask the guy for some tips. He's a senior, IIRC, so he's probably done this fundraiser before. I know we've been doing it for years. The only thing that sucks is that this shift is at 8 am and outside.
There's still time for someone else to sign up to help me out, but I won't count on it.

I think you're being very smart in your thinking on that and have planned it out well. 8 am is early... Brrr! Maybe just try to wear something warm. Fingers are crossed that everything will work out great for you! :)

I've not visited the café - thanks Shania for opening and thanks Kira75 for mentioning me, so I had an alert.

Baywasp - thinking of you selling roses. May the fundraiser go really well.

Joining in with you drinking almond milk.
