I haven't opened in forever and when I was wondering what questions to ask, etc. I discovered that today is... (drum roll please)...

I love pizza! I always get pepperoni and bacon, but when I'm feeling really adventurous, I go to a local place and get a bbq chicken and blue cheese pizza. It tastes better than it sounds!

If we're talking pizza, @Kira then it's got to be thin crust pepperoni, assorted cheeses, onions, chillis.
Topped with cold beer.

But please, none of that stuff crust shit, to me that indicates however built the purpose is trying to distract the pizzerian from whatever rubbish they have used as a topping.

Some people like pizza with salad and dressing where I live. I find it disgusting. I've seen people eat pizza with bearnaise sauce on top. Yuck.

I'm all for nasty pizzas but salad/dressing or actual sauce feels wrong, even in this pineapple freak's mind.

I like the taste of pizza, but it makes me fat as hell, so I try to stay away from it. Seriously, if I eat half a large pizza, I'm going to gain at least 2 pounds.

The beer on top just makes the crust too soggy for me.

I love pizza but try to keep it as an occasional treat.

It's got to be a traditional Italian thin crust. Topped with pepperoni, sweetcorn, mushrooms and pineapple (don't shoot me). And of course a tonne of freshly sliced mozzarella.

Sometimes we make pizzas from scratch, other times we use a ready made crust and add the sauce, toppings, and cheese. I am gluten free, but Schar makes a pretty good crust. I like Canadian bacon, mushrooms, olives, green chili peppers, onion, all kinds of things on mine...except no pineapple. Funny, I love fresh pineapple, but it is just weird when it is warm and on a pizza. Sometimes I buy a frozen pepperoni pizza and add other goodies to it before I bake it.

This is my leftover from last night. I had a piece for lunch.
I used a basic dough base, garlic infused olive oil, drops of tomato sauce, artichokes, mushrooms, red pepper, onion, ham, ricotta & mozzarella cheeses. Just using up the last bits of everything in the frig. Was quite good!
