So far we have eggs: scrambled or omelette (veg option: onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushroom or a bacon and cheese option), along with plain pancakes or banana ones.

Strength: I thought first active listening but figure that may be a bit external. I shall introspect when I wake fully and return to this challenge.

I am looking forward to watching the movie @Petal suggested even though I may do so 'silently', and I suppose finally hearing the election results.

Hello café peeps! :) @AlexiMarie7 an omelette sounds amazing right now. I am sitting in a conference room wishing that I had brought some fruit or something with me - risking some very bad "I am starving give me food" food choices for dinner tonight. Eep.

A strength..? I am very adaptable. I don't necessarily embrace the concept of change but I have adapted to (and thus survived) some incredibly distressing events.

Hope everyone has a very lovely day :)

I will dip my coffee and say thank you. I hope each of you has a wonderful day. Xoxoxo.

My strength is I'm a caring person.

I'm cleaning today, and will enjoy getting my house together again. I'm very blessed and grateful for all I have .

Happy crazy USA election day SF. I am Canadian and have no particular preference on the outcome but I will be watching for the results to come in. This has been the weirdest election campaign I have ever seen. Weirder even than the Bush/Gore fiasco where it wasn't clear who actually won for a couple months after the votes came in.

Having breakfast now and doing my laundry. Should be a nice warm day outside here today thanks to Chinook winds. My city, Calgary, sometimes gets warm air coming in off the pacific ocean than sort of rides up above the rocky mountains and comes down in the foothills here, which results in warmer than seasonal temperatures for about a week. :)

I had my counseling appointment today. It went well. She reminded me that I should call her if I'm feeling severely suicidal and she'll pick me up and bring me to the hospital to see if they can help me. She also said she'd try to help me find a place to volunteer at... I'm not optimistic that we'll find one that interests me. I saw my academic advisor too, and he spelled out all the classes I need to take and that I'm on track to graduate spring of 2018 with all the credits I've transferred in from other schools. He told me which courses would be the most beneficial to me, and I plan to sign up for those that I can. Unfortunately, my annoying developmental/child psych that is required conflicts with the cool Interpersonal Relations class that would be useful for me as a budding social psychologist. The second class would just be an elective, so I'm forgoing it in favor of the requirement. Maybe they'll offer it again before I graduate at a better time.

It's about lunchtime here... I just had a fig prosciutto grilled cheese sandwich with goat cheese. It was so good I wanna share it with all of you. I'll try to replicate it for anyone who wants some. We can also have normal grilled cheese with whatever other kinds of cheese you want, and maybe some other toppings too. I'm making some tomato soup to serve with it if people want.

A strength of mine is that I am a loyal friend.

Just really hurt right now, but I have to block this out somehow. Kinda need to get to the point where I stop caring about anything.

Just came home from voting. Feeling good about that, though anxious about the results. Wake me up when it's over? Other than that I am still hurt deep inside... Still numb from trying to block out all the pain. Trying to hang on but I think I am helplessly falling.

I hope everyone had/has a nice day/night. Take care.

Sheesh I just voted NO for all judges this is Chicago justice system. No thank you. I went straight here 2 hours and 15 minutes earlier than my plan to stay off the internet

So wings and cheddar fries for all tonight! that's where I am going in a hour of clocking out
