i never know how to prounounce those food items in the (3rd picture, was it?!?) - the ones starting w/the letter "F." ;^) when I say it, it prolly sounds like a dirty word;
I'd say that people from different countries pronounce it very differently! Like, I'm pretty sure no one is going to pronounce it (properly) like they do in Italy.
