Ok who's up for soup? I'll try my best to not spill it in your lap, but no promises :p

I've walked three miles this morning to get to my therapy appointment. I need to pop in the shops so need to get a bus half way home and then I'll be walking the rest of the way!
I hope that counts @Petal

@Rockclimbinggirl and @nobodyknows71 - I will have some soup please. I like the look of the orange one on the right, with the sour cream or yogurt drizzled in it. :) Yum!

I will be heading out shortly, and will try to meet the walking challenge, @Petal!

Those soups all look nice. Thanks @Rockclimbinggirl

I'm going to the gym today. I missed yesterday because I was freaking out about my form. Plus I have to walk there and back (hopefully not in the rain) because I didn't get my form in yet so they're still holding back my income, so I can't afford a bus pass yet, or even a single ride. I can't get it in today because the Social Security offices close early on Wednesdays and it takes me an hour to walk downtown, which wouldn't leave me with much time. I thought I set an alarm to wake me up early enough to get my form in, but apparently I didn't. At this point I'm just hoping I can get my income this month at all :(

Oh my that food looks so yummy, delicious. I went to the shop and felt a panic attack coming on so I walked out but got chicken fillets at the butchers so will make something nice with them later. Think I will wrap bacon around them, bake them and have them with vegetables. I had a tooth out and new teeth put in today, I would guess I have already walked 30 minutes today but I am unsure so will re-do it, thanks everyone for being so supportive and joining in on the challenge.
Have a lovely day everyone :)

Hello there SF. Doing okay here. Plugging along with work and looking forward to the start of spring weather in the next few weeks. Pretty harsh winter this year with lots of snow.

After a great deal of research I finally found a way to waterproof wood for making pet reptile enclosures that is non-toxic and not prohibitively expensive. I first looked in to marine epoxy for sealing wood boats. That would work but is very expensive stuff and you can't really buy small amounts of it. Finally found a liquid rubber compound made here in Canada that is completely non-toxic and has zero VOC (volatile organic compounds- you want very little or none at all of these). The stuff smells like bicycle innertubes when wet but is odorless when dry. My first project has been a height extension to an existing tank but I want to build whole standalone tanks in future.

Hi everyone.

Soup looks great but it's like 33 degrees today so too hot for soup.
With my left knee still in agony with gout after 3 weeks now, walking is not an option either.

Oh well... :(

I saw dark marks on my friends' foreheads at work, and I thought what the heck? Then I realized it must be Ash Wednesday. I was about to tell them they had smudges lol.
I will be as active as I can, but it is harder with the ice and the snow.
