New week, last full week of October this year – How's this week's planning looking @ all?

Any highlights, upcoming activities or events, ups/downs, things you'd like to share?

My week is mostly quiet, will focus on some exercises found in my self help books and dedicating time to that.

Radiohead – Meeting in the Aisle (1997)

One of those songs I can listen to endlessly... It creates a weird nostalgic experience in my mind. I see like fast moving objects, public transportation going at superspeed, people moving about, creating dreams about futuristic technology and such. I might open a futuristic cafe thread later! If I can find some cool pictures...

Sounds good re exercises! I can approve of teh music also, big radiohead fan.

As for me, I got a home exam/essay thats mon-fri so that's my week lol. I will also squeeze in time to practice with band, and yeah. Pretty uneventful week. Oh right, there's the visit from my Uncle Zorpazorp on thursday. He's an alien. Anyways.

Another massive Radiohead fan here

I've not got much on this week other than work. I was supposed to be having a friend to stay at the end of the week as we have tickets to see Royal Blood playing on Friday night. But she can't make it now so has given her ticket to my son which he is super happy about. It will be nice to spend the evening with him, just the two of us, as he's moving away in a couple of weeks.

Pretty quiet all this week. I do have to go in onsite at work Tuesday but after that I am taking off both this upcoming Friday and the following Monday so I will have two short work weeks and a four day weekend to look forward to. Beyond that hopefully it will be me being lazy as usual.

I was thinking of starting a Halloween themed Cafe as my neighborhood has decorated for it - heck my whole city is decked out almost as much as Christmas Lights. I'll be posting some pictures if I have a chance.

Not too much going on. I'm still practicing for the black sash test for taichi next week. I'll be doing a seminar for work this week but it bleeds into my day off. So I have decided to do it on my day off but take the afternoon off before the test. I'm the only one taking the test who does not want to teach but it is ok.

Not a lot going on for me so far.

A friend was going to visit tomorrow morning but I have to reschedule that as I have a therapy appointment Tuesday.

Have to be persistent and get an appointment with the endocrinologist my GP referred me to.

Need to do some decluttering and housework also.

Hello and thanks for opening the cafe and tagging me @Citizen Insane and @Innocent Forever. Just working this week, but I did go to a scare crow competition on Friday night that was very cool and tried Hot apple cider with bourbon that was yummy.

On Sunday I made bad art, ha. But I think it was just a reflection of my emotions. Hope you all have as good a week as possible.

Thanks for the tag @Citizen Insane. Wednesday is a workday morning out in one of the parks and I signed up to work with planting some native plants. I have a couple of meetings this week with medicare/insurance and consult with the kidney stone group creator that I belong to. And a group gathering online Saturday for teaching and healing with someone from Australia I follow. Fill-in with some yoga and meditation time.

I was going thru my dresser drawers today and came across a Xmas card from you .
crazy how the universe works !

some fall pictures and outside cooking . The last picture is from my sister.
She sent it to me… we know my personality I pointed out a very funny looking situation and she said OMG I
need to change the arrangement now 😂

My friend made these lil guys in the fourth picture .
She is so talented .
Been barking up that tree for some of my own but looks like I might have to learn to make them. haha !

The rest of pics are mine . I love fall time and leaves changing comors
It’s awesome to bbq and so on …outside during the cooler months . Don’t know why but I enjoy it more during the winter months than summer months

I am off to Vienna in less than 2 days and kinda stressed about it. First time after my arrival in Europe to be traveling to another country, and its with 2 boys which has me a bit anxious. Certainly not used to it.

Excellent music choice! Nice... wow.. always loved Radiohead. Missed them.. nice
