G'morning world.
Someone sent me a video I'd love to share with you all, at the moment I can't as it's uploading for me, then I'll see if I can attach it here, otherwise will just put it on my blog.

I think we're taking a trip today, not sure where too, you know what, we're visiting a destination where YOU want to go, that means all of you, so it'll take us a year

Morning @Innocent Forever , thanks for opening up. I said I’d make it yesterday but didn’t so thought I’d get here nice and early today.

I love travelling and can’t wait to get round the world to see as many of my SF friends as I can...it’s become a life mission...but if we’re talking about where WE want to go, I could list a thousand places, so let’s just start with these for now:

How about Spencer “Pink” Lake in Australia on my way to see a few chums?? I know it’s not meant to be actually this pink, but imagine kayaking on that! A guy can dream :rolleyes:

Then there’s this pass road in Chile. I know there’s plenty of competition for the worlds greatest biking road, and there’s certainly more with better scenery, but damn!! I could have some fun with this! :cool:

Hi @Innocent Forever and thank you for opening up this morning - travelling with SF sounds a fabulous idea. Hi @Karmitkurmit .. thank you for the invite and for those fabulous places to start us off. We really must drop into Tiggywinkles - it’s a great place. I love water and mountains so that’s my first suggestion, and I adore the idea of living in the middle of nowhere in those green grass huts. Wow, there are so many amazing places in the world I'd love to visit and I'll probably want to visit more after seeing some of the places that you guys will suggest today.

These were the first two that sprang to mind for me:

A trek through the Inca trail in Peru to reach Macchu Pichu

And then I'd like to head south and take a cruise down to Antarctica to visit the penguins

I'm planning a trip to Glacier National Park in Montana US. The only problem is that it has to be in 2020 which is kind of far away. My daughter is getting married next year and that time of year is when I want to go to GNP. I also have some relatives and friends that want to go with me. But the wedding is next year and I will be taking time off from work to be there for the wedding. But here is a picture-

Completely off subject but the weather is crazy atm. I had my air con on today. I turned it off about an hour ago and now I need a blanket! :confused: Crazy stuff.

Japan is also on my must visit list. I've never really considered visiting Switzerland but it looks beautiful.

Thanks for the invite @Karmitkurmit...@ash600 I'll hide in your suitcase to go back to Zermatt, Switzerland (skied for 2 summers there)...@kira machu picchou is on my list as well...and @Woowoo if you ever get to go to Sendai Japan at the turning on of their festival of lights in winter---breathtaking....

Hi all

I love traveling. One day I'd love to pack up, get in our boat and sail around the world stopping off just about everywhere.

Like you @Woowoo and @Kira Machu Picchu is right up there near the top of my list along with Antarctica.

I went to Svalbard last year to see the Northern Lights. It was total darkness 24 hours a day when we were there. So weird, like being on another planet. I'd love to go back in the springtime when it gets light again and do a week long snowmobile trip up to the North of the island to see the polar bears.

I'd love to go to Africa to see the wildlife. My daughter is going for a month to volunteer with the rangers in June - I am SO envious!

I'd love to learn to scuba dive in Borneo - I spent a month there a few years ago trekking in the rainforest and saw orangutans and proboscis monkeys. But ran out of time to learn to dive.

But mostly today I'd just like to be on my favourite beach in Paxos, Greece... Listening to the waves lapping and feeling the sun on my face.

There are places all over the word I'd like to go. Let me take you to two famous on this part of the Globe.
One is Iguazú Falls, which are said to be the largest in the world. They lie at the Brazil-Argentina border.

The other one is in the faaar south. It's the Perito Moreno glacier, which is one of the two advancing glaciers in the world. It forms a bridge which breaks in a spectacular way:
