You know there's a day for any event in life. Today is (apparently) Transfer money to your son day. Clearly that was made up by a guy who needed a few extra dollars in the bank - and probably some rich parents. Maybe I'll send my son a tenner.

It's also Yorkshire Pudding Day. That's reason alone to go out for dinner, isn't it?

There were a bunch of others but I thought it might provoke the wrong type of conversation in the especially child-friendly part of the forum (like 'no bra day').
What kind of day are YOU having?

I'm enjoying a lovely restful day off drinking coffee and watching TV before heading over to my son's for dinner tonight :)

I also received some beautiful flowers from a special friend this morning to brighten up my living room on a grey day.

And I've just booked flights to Germany to visit my cousin for a week in December and to see the wonderful Christmas markets.
Feeling pretty good at the moment *bounce

Good morning/afternoon/evening!

@Walker those puddings. Howcome they are bread and not pudding? This has always mystified me lol

Had a rough night complete with nightmares. Sneezing this morning. But Fall has arrived in Texas and thats a good thing!

The only chores on the agenda are litter box duty, sweeping and might wash sheets.

Crocheting another hat for Christmas gifts.

Everyone have a good day!

Hi. Hope everyone is having a good day today.

i just got off of work, my mom came and picked me up with my little sister and she is taking me out to practice driving so i can work towards getting a licenses at some point.

Honestly though, i don't feel up to it today. i just want to go home, curl up in bed, watch some movies and sleep.

My doctor upped my dose for my prozac so i started taking 20mg last night. i hope it helps my mood improve soon. realizing that i have lived with crippling depression for so long, starting to heal and now suddenly feeling it creep in again, it really sucks.

i hate this time of year. There's so many things that take place, it's like bitter memories, reminders of who's gone, memories of being alone on the holidays, waking up to no one there for christmas, no family on the holidays, dads passing, dads birthday, my grandmother suffering cancer and loosing her battle followed by her birthday, and of course i deal with seasonal depression and it makes it all worse.

i just want to hibernate the rest of the year away. Wake me when it's spring again.

Sorry for the ramble 🥺

I’m doing okay today. Had a little cry but I’m okay now. It’s my day off from work so I’m running errands.
Glad to see you @Walker I was thinking of you and wondering if you were around or that your life has changed for the better since you moved to United Kingdom.

Going to keep cleaning today and spend some time with girl cat. Maybe pull out some winter clothes although it’s still fall.

No bra day sounds fun, but then my hairy sweaty moobs would be swinging. :)

So far today has been a bit long with work and me waking up earlier than I wanted. Now for the send money to a son I will volunteer to be a child to whoever forks over cash. I will say I am glad that things are slowing now more so I am getting to relax a bit before time for snoozin'.

Canceled my therapy this morning because I was tired then I went to work. Surprised I was on time and had time to grab lunch before the second bus from downtown to work because the first bus to downtown was early and I missed it, and the next one was late. Had I guess a fairly average work day from 1-11 PM. Got lucky on the way home with bus timings and was able to get back home before 12:30 AM, which is rare nowadays.

That’s some tough working hours. Pleased the journey between them was ok, but I’m not surprised you are tired. Xx

*roflI never knew there was a 'transfer your son money' day! it’s hilarious, you’ve made my day lol
And Yorkshire pudding is yummy! I actually tasted it once by accident when I was on a holiday with my bf in London and we accidentally strolled into a pub in which the only NORMAL food was a Yorkshire pudding lol
