(I don't know what the hell that thing in the middle is, but it don't half look suspicious)

Lol Ash. Did I tell you that my eating therapist wants me to go off sugar for the month of May? Not sure why. But she says it has something to do with how my body process it.

Hey all! Thanks for the invites!
I’ve been busy changing the front tyre on the bike today and having the MOT done this afternoon. I got absolutely soaked but......IT PASSED!!!

It looks like there’s a few themes today, but as I’m so wet I might as well jump in the pool with you guys and gals. Brought along a pool projector screen so we can watch all the great films suggested in the cafe the other day:
