Marill is able to swim in strong water currents without being slowed down by the water's resistance, due to its water-repellent fur. Marill feeds on aquatic plants in addition to fishing for food. When it dives, its tail can be seen bobbing on the water's surface. It will anchor its tail around a tree when fishing at the edge of a fast moving stream. It lives on the water's edge.
It evolves from Azurill when leveled up with high friendship and evolves into Azumarill !
it looks like i’m a little late. actually i did show up yesterday (thanks @Sunspots for the tag) and i did start to respond and this is what i said but did not finish:

but aside from the above, i think i do have to agree with sunspots about polar bears and the day. so polar bear day, then pokemon day and last chili. but what chili makes me think is that it is bleeping chilly in this apartment yesterday and today. the wind is quite aggressive and coming in even with all the windows closed. odd that the coldest sounding name is actually the warmest theme. i’m really done with the cold for this year. time it finally goes away. i am ready for spring. hoping the ground hog was right this time around.

I'm loving the International Polar Bear Day. I'd love to see a polar bear in the wild. I was hoping to see one when I went to Svalbard but no luck unfortunately.
I'm meeting a friend for lunch today and tidying the house in preparation for my brother arriving tomorrow.
