Thanks for the tag @Woowoo relaxing sounds just great, and with the addition of @Deety library I think I’m in heaven.
So today I’m just getting out in the sun, I really love how different it can make me feel just being out in it (man I need to move to Florida) and how it can improve my mood.
So today will be a trip to the park where I can sit with my eyes closed and just listen. Does anyone else do this.

I've had a wonderful day out at a Scarecrow Festival with my mum and dad, sister, brother-in-law, niece and nephew. The weather was super hot and sunny. What a fab way to spend a holiday.
