@cymbele I really appreciate it! Very happy there’s a cafe today too, it’s just the thing to help take my mind off my worries and stresses, especially the questions!
Here’s my replies, and I’m gonna try to tag anyone who is likely to “reply” (and who hasn’t already been tagged and/or replied that is, lol)
1) What are your plans for the weekend?
My friend will be coming over tonight for dinner and a movie, same for tomorrow. Other than that, nothing much at all (not 100% back to normal yet though so best to stay home and rest more anyway probably)
2) Do you have plans for next Cinco de Mayo or is it an American thing?
We don’t usually do much for Cinco de Mayo, I think it’s celebrated here in Canada too but we personally haven’t really ever celebrated it. It’s still been a special day for us (since 2002 anyway) cos it’s the bday of our late kitty (she passed away in 2019) we still always honor her memory on that day
3)speaking of which which is your fav holiday excluding Halloween and Christmas?
Aw hard one with not being able to say Halloween lol, but ok I pick Valentines day then. It doesn’t depress me cos I don’t see it as a day to “only” celebrate romantic love, but love in all its many forms
So that makes it a very happy/positive kind of day for me.
4) plans to take a vacation or holiday this year?
Lol, no. Would take too long to explain “why” I haven’t “had a vacation” in years, most would probably judge my current life as “well, why exactly would you “need one” anyway?” I think that is a bit of a harsh judgment but I suppose I have to admit I would understand “why they thought that”.
5) Who do you admire the most?
My mom, also my sis, rl friend, online friends and kitty. I’ll do a quick breakdown here of “why” lol
Mom - For her strength, bravery/courage, for being such a survivor and just being an inspiration
Sis - Same as my mom pretty much, would also add “for her popularity” I both admire and envy that about her, very much.
Rl friend - For everything he’s survived, it’s quite an extensive list and if I had been through all he has I don’t know that I’d still be here today.
Online friends - Similar to what I said about rl friend, amazed and inspired by all they have survived, just incredible.
Kitty - For her fearless bravery, toughness, yet also being so deeply kind, caring and sensitive. I admire and appreciate her very deeply, a truly inspiring little kitty she is
