I like the grocery store that I go to because the prices are cheap, and because I like food.

I'm not sure when they open though, since I never go in that early.

They close at 9pm though. I usually like to go in late to avoid the crowds and the traffic.

I live in a pretty cool part of Richmond, and there are a lot of cool little independent shops within easy walking distance of my apartment...(I try to buy local as much as possible, though I do shop a lot at Target and Kroger as well)

My favorite store is World of Mirth, a funky toy store that also has a lot of stuff for adults...my son and I go there quite a bit. They open at 10 I think?

Got a few things for my son there, as well as a few greeting cards done by local artists for some out of town friends.

I like anything and everything about the outdoors, so any store that caters to the outdoors I’m all over it. I don’t have a favorite one though.
I love REI, but the single location in Richmond is in one of the most congested, sprawl-ridden suburbs of the city.

There's a nice local outdoor shop called Walkabout Outfitters one block from me, but it's pretty pricey..

You’re right, the REI’s, Cabela’s etc always seem to be in the congested areas which I try to avoid. A lot of the mom and pops stores are more expensive but you also tend to get a more personalized experience.

Lol it's not lame, I like going shopping. The stores I go to most often are Family Dollar, Walgreens, Walmart, and Dollar Tree. There used to be a Shopko and K-Mart here, but they both closed down, along with others. I like going to Dollar General, but it's a few miles away and I walk everywhere. I also like Aldi and Meijer and a few other places, but those are about 50 miles away so I don't go there often at all.

The REI in Houston is also in that same kind of incredibly congested location midtown. There's other chains here, North Face, Whole Earth Provisions, Bass Pro Shops that are good

hi everyone thank you bear for opening cafe i wanted to do it but i dint know what to say!! i don't really have a favourite store because i am too stingy to buy anything lol however today i shopped around various pharmacies to look for cheap dental floss. thy were all overpriced and it was the last one i went to that had the cheap ones. for the same thing too! it makes me a bit angry when i think of how some shops are overcharging people
