Thanks for opening the cafe kitty!

1. What do you guys do to fight out of bed?
Either anxiety pulls me out or I over sleep. Sometimes if I'm real depressed I do the alarm across the room thing, but idk.

2. What do you guys do on lazy days?
Netflix. Feel a generalized discontent cause I know there are things I could be doing but am not.

3. Do you always tend to feel guilty when you're not doing anything productive or just let it be?
Always guilty. But sometimes I forget, especially if I'm around friends. I've been beginning to wonder if I'm not so much an introvert as I just have social anxiety. Maybe I could even be an ambivert?

4. What's that act of kindness you have done for yourself?
Coffee in the morning.

5. Have you ever hug yourself?
No, unless wrapping a blanket burrito style around yourself counts. It is very comfortable.

1. What do you guys do to fight out of bed?
I say in my head "move your lazy ass you're going to be late" over and over and over until I have to pee so badly I finally move my lazy ass

2. What do you guys do on lazy days?
Netflix, SF, crafty things, games on the phone, play with the cat, pretty much as little of anything that might be considered productive as possible

3. Do you always tend to feel guilty when you're not doing anything productive or just let it be?
I feel guilty for not being productive all the time. It doesn't seem to motivate me to move though.

4. What's that act of kindness you have done for yourself?
I made an appointment with the chiropractor!!!

5. Have you ever hug yourself?
No

Spend most of the day on my laptop but I still try to find somewhere to go like the grocery store or the library.
3. Do you always tend to feel guilty when you're not doing anything productive or just let it be?
I feel kinda guilty sometime, but not always.
4. What's that act of kindness you have done for yourself?
When I found out McDonald's has their Shamrock Shakes for this year, I got myself one!
5. Have you ever hug yourself?
I've tried but it just made me feel lonely.

thanks for tagging me @pooky I am still here....to have a little reading of the posts

1. What do you guys do to fight out of bed?

I do not fight anymore. I just stopped discussing it with myself. I get out of bed. It stopped being a big deal.

2. What do you guys do on lazy days?

I take a bath. Visist family and associated dogs. Read a book. Iron all my clothes and listen to audio plays. Or ALLOW myself to just stay in bed and watch something on Amazon prime.

3. Do you always tend to feel guilty when you're not doing anything productive or just let it be?

These lazy lazy days are seldom and I stopped feeling guilty for not doing anything great and amazing to change the world. I enjoy them and this feels like an awesome achievement I made after I came out of the dark.

4. What's that act of kindness you have done for yourself?

Today? I allowed myself to not take myself oo serious. I felt happy when I was on my way back home after a long workday. I had 2 glasses of wine and did cancel practicing the guitar when the sound started to listen weird.

5. Have you ever hug yourself?

I did. When I was highly depressive. And when I was shaking. Was more like a stereotypical movement....like Caspar Hauser.
I do hug myself by making me feel comfortable with a hot water bottle and my teddy bear that is as old as I am.
I miss you so much . You are still here. Sweet .Hugs for you. I am glad to know that you hug yourself. Hugs *hugI am happy right now reading your post and smiling*brohug
