We should both do something nice for ourselves. Like you, I also have a bad habit of being too hard on myself for things I do wrong, which is a thing that happened the day before yesterday, so I know the feeling.

I'm just not sure what it is that I should do to take care of myself today. It just sucks that it's too cold outside to do anything because all of the fun things I want to do are outside, but can't be done in the winter.
Same here, especially since I have to walk everywhere. I hope it clears up soon.

Thanks for the tag @Walker I hurt my back a couple of weeks ago and am feeling a lot better so yesterday and today I went for a massage nearby....I found a great Chinese center in the area that is doing them for $15 for the hour...and they are pretty ok.....Amazing!!

I Just googled it.

Retail therapy:
Retail therapy is shopping with the primary purpose of improving the buyer's mood or disposition.
sounds like fun, especially if you don't bring any money or credit cards so you don't make your situation worse
It was fun. Imagine shopping only $50, in an expensive country. Yeah, my country is legit ex. ๐Ÿ˜‚ I was desperate to top up the essentials when I was supposed to wait for my next allowance because of emergencies. I assume with that kind of amount, I won't complete my shopping list but I challenge myself. I'm just happy that in my new neighborhood has everything - from high end, drugs stores to convenience store so I don't use some of it for transport. The lazy me would splurge and didn't complete the shopping list or buy online.

I just can't believe i did it though. I search for the stuffs not only on high end stores, I even had an impromptu thing where there's an unexpected promotional items and if it's not branded, doesn't matter - the important thing is "will I use it in long term? can I recycle some stuffs? collect ideas outside on how to use the stuffs that I haven't use? how do I finish what I have?" So yay kitty complete my shopping list under that small amount.

The thing is, even if I'm no longer suicidal, I've been depress and it always got me so unproductive and lazy. I just do small things to make me happy. If you really2 think about it, if I'm really depress, I'm just shock I'm able to think that well to complete the challenge. ^^

I think people who actually find shopping fun, must all have a serious mental illness; - Kidding...

Seriously though, when there on need, I pick fast and leave as soon as possible.
we still have to shop either way. *bleh
take this challenge is not to be an impulse buyer, see if the price is worth buying and save lots of money. know what we buy.

Yes, the dollar store and Wish :P
imagine you can't drive and your neighborhood doesn't have that and you're out of cash. h
I shop online!!! I hate going to the store, I mean loath it. If I can find a way to avoid it I do. I buy as much as I can on the internet. I can't say I've never done the, I'm depressed so I'm going to get myself something thing. I've done it, BUT I did it from the comfort of my recliner! Which is probably way more dangerous lol. I have so many things on the way from China they are slowly arriving. Some haven't even shipped yet. I'm going to be getting packages until at least late April, HA.
Yeah shopping online is fun! Kitty waiting for my packages too ^^ But I can't buy all because of the taxes and shipping fees on the product's cheapest amount. thats so stress. ๐Ÿฅบ
