Helloooo cafe peeps!

I have just discovered that it is pay-day today (in the UK that only happens once a month for most people - I think in the US it is regular for it to be fortnightly if not weekly?) which means that everything in my Amazon basket waiting to be bought for Christmas can actually be ordered.

It also means I can go shopping to stock up the cafe with some delicious food - what would people like to put on the shopping list??

Well my work pays us twice a month on the 15th and the 30th.

I'm bloated and sleepy from the feast yesterday I literally didn't want to roll out of bed and get ready for a double shift today at work. Blech I shouldn't have volunteered to pick up that extra shift. Sleepworld is more appealing.

I get paid every two weeks but at my previous job I got paid weekly which I like better. I didn't eat too much yesterday but everyone left their excess food at my house so it will probably be a lot thrown out.
Today is Black Friday and my daughter and I will be hitting the sales - not on Thanksgiving I refuse to do that.

The wife and daughter were out Black Friday shopping from 8pm last night til 3 AM this morning- and I am doing the sit at home and watch for the Amazon Black Friday specials. Still have plenty of leftovers here so no need for any food shopping, however anybody thta cares to stop by for an open face turkey and gravy sandwich or some pie please feel free....

I hate my "pay" schedule- which is the second Wednesday of each month, which means changes from the 8th to the 14th , depending on the month. Having it change days, plus not at the end/beginning of the month is just inconvenient and makes no sense to me at all....

@NYJmpMaster - wise man not heading out into the madness of the sales! Sorry to hear about your pay schedule. That can be very frustrating if automatic withdrawals and paydays don't jive. Yikes!

Feeling glad today, didn't bother or give a toss about turning up the art coluring group today decided I didn't want toface KB and S today. Still dreamt of wanting to get her with xyz
So instead went to see G and i am having a lovely time juust a bit quiet and not really in talky mood.

I did Amazon yesterday. As much as I could. One nephew just won't come up with a list. And my computer is dying. So I asked his mom to order a couple of things. Then talked to the Apple store and have a computer waiting for me there. Will get it tomorrow. My natural cynicism says it won't all work right when I get it home. Even though they say it will. They will even transfer stuff from my old beast to the new one. Day would be fine except for the new computer hassle. But I knew it was coming. My current beast was bought in 2009.

I am dyeing my hair at the moment--actually waiting to wash it out now. Deep burgundy again, I wonder if I will ever go back to being blonde :P

I have all my Christmas shopping done, I think... got my niece a sewing machine and christmas clothes (they are cute as hell), got mom several beauty items, got my sisters perfume and an eyeshadow palette, got my brother an adidas set, got his fiance perfume. My treat to myself is getting my hair done next week We get a bonus on social welfare next week,we get 85% of our payment on top of our payment so that will help me contribute towards bills which will help me feel better.

As for stocking up on food for christmas get lindt chocolate

Sounds like you all had a great day ! I'm happy for you. . I have been yelled at by kids today, quite sarcastically, if I might add. I called while Christmas shopping to ask about something. They were sleeping. Then proceeded to say basically leave me alone and stay away/don't call me . Ok. Got threatened by my exactly lawyer ... He's telling on me to the judge next week for being rude to him. Like I give a flying fuck!!! I never paid bills last month or this month, so.... Um ya...but, I'm going to try and not let it bother me. I will say I found the perfect place though for dying.

Hey everyone, I avoided the shops today as Black Friday has now spread to Canada, thanks USA lol
The only ones I may take advantage of are books on Amazon, although I already have so many books on kindle still to read. Hope everyone is well

Isn't it amazing Lynn, they're always coming up with ideas to get our money. When I worked in Detroit the people there were crazy, they'd camp out all night to be first in line.....then the fights started......yep....peace on earth good will to men lol
