Questions:

1. Have you ever played an April Fools joke on someone? (You can elaborate on what it is too if you want but no pressure)
Yeah, but nothing major. Just silly stuff around the house when I was a kid like putting a rubber band around the kitchen sink sprayer hose so the water will shoot out of that instead of the faucet when someone turns it on
2. Do you generally like the month of April?
Yeah, it's pretty cool. As much as I do like winter, coming out of it into spring is nice.
3. Is there anything special you have planned for this month?
Nothing particularly special this month.
4. If you don't like April, is there a month you like best/ fave month of the year?
May is better than April because that's the month of my birthday, so I always make sure to do some nice things for myself and I get free birthday rewards/coupons from restaurant apps and mailing lists. But last year got way too hot around my birthday, like summer temps, which I hate.
5. Anything else you want to talk about, feel free to say it here, always interested to hear about how people are doing, what they are thinking and feeling, whatever you feel like talking about
I've had a nice day. Ran a few errands and got some lunch and was finally able to order the concert ticket I wanted to get. Was worried they would sell out because I'm not sure how big the event space is at the art museum where they're holding the show. But I had no issues even though I'd had to wait a few weeks.

Alas can't think of any.... have to work on some for next year!....lol

It's ok I guess...do love seeing the garden come to life

Just trying to be pro-active with DBT and CBT skill learning but feeling a bit discouraged. Also a bit agitated as quit smoking on Monday so now at day 5 with patches but no relief of cravings whatsoever.

Haha TONS. From simple small prank to ... maybe I went to far.......? 🤷🏻‍♀️
The silliest one as a kid that was easy to get away with was Saran Wrap on toilet!
People get PISSED but funny!!!

Haha growing up with older brothers and sisters is was eat or be eaten on daily basis.
Always gotta sleep with one eye open ESPECIALLY on april 1st! My niece Borthday is today as well.. poor girl!

Ehh.... They all at about the same. Just some you spend more money than others

Well done! Keep it up! It does get easier pretty quickly, I promise - I'm two years today. Not sure if you can get them over there but if you can try some Niquitin Minis for instant cravings. Also Nicorette Quickmist

I claim to be THE April Fool joke on everybody. I can't remember some I know I did but it has been a long time.

2. Do you generally like the month of April?

I do a fair amount with it not being so chilly, the only bad is it begins getting hotter than I like.

3. Is there anything special you have planned for this month?

Nothing so far and it being the first day, but who knows.

4. If you don't like April, is there a month you like best/ fave month of the year?

My favorite is typically October or November. October has the right bit of chill to the air and not likely to warm up too much. November is always fun having a four day weekend each year.

5. Anything else you want to talk about, feel free to say it here, always interested to hear about how people are doing, what they are thinking and feeling, whatever you feel like talking about.

Nothing special from me on this except sleep will soon be upon me and I love sleeping about as much as a cat does. LOL

Yes, on my ex-husband I put a fake bug in the shower.

Yes, like seeing all the tree buds sprouting and flowers popping up. Feel bad for all of you with allergies.

thanks @JMG . I'm doing ok. My son has basically moved in with me and wow is his room messy with a capital M. But he's 23 so I don't know how to go about telling him to clean up his room. I feel glad that he's here though since my youngest just moved out and I don't think it's good for me to be alone.

(You can elaborate on what it is too if you want but no pressure) yes, I once pretended I got a tattoo and posted photos of it and everyone believed me, I was surprised I managed to pull it off because I'm not good at drawing but I drew a fake tattoo on myself with eyeliner and other makeup and used blusher around it to make it look raw and sore and it somehow looked convincing
2. Do you generally like the month of April? yes. It's a nice month, lovely to see the flowers out and all the baby animals arriving! I love the ducklings being born, easter is always quite nice too
3. Is there anything special you have planned for this month? no, just hoping to enjoy some sunshine and the baby animals

Sort of, my friend and I replaced the icing in an oreo with toothpaste and a classmate ate it! Ofc he realized the moment he bit into it, however, he's the type of kid who would eat anything and we were in middle school.

My friends and I have all been joking around saying we are pregnant too, I know it's not that funny and can be a real problem (especially around our age), but we all know it isn't true so it's just for fun.

2. Do you generally like the month of April?
Kinda! I mean I have spring break off from uni but I have internships and have to hardcore prep for exams which kinda makes me anxious.

3. Is there anything special you have planned for this month?
Just have this internship I'm pretty excited for that I'm setting off for tomorrow. Tbh, it's not really the internship itself that I'm excited for, just happy to be living in the provided accommodation and to be able to dress up all business casual.

4. If you don't like April, is there a month you like best/ fave month of the year?
Used to say May, but now since my exams are all in May, it's a month I dread. 0wo

As a kid, eons ago. I don't really recall details, but I recall we did. Things like locking the bathroom stall doors on someone in school, "Kick Me" (or worse) signs, etc.

Not exactly. The heat and humidity of summer are next.

Taxes.

November. Precursor to winter and long, quiet, cold nights.
