Lucy, I'm speechless *blue
Because I'm prone to being lactose intolerant, I often buy diary free icecream which uses coconut milk/cream instead and I LOVE it. I don't like coconut... I LOVE IT! Anything that has coconut in it. Especially icecream, and chocolate, and sweet biscuits, and smoothies, and all curries with coconut milk, and... I just love coconuts *scared
Noooooo.... 🤮

I love coconut in savoury dishes but can't bear it in anything sweet (unless it's a Pina colada ;) )

1) What is your favourite Ice Cream
Vanilla! I don't know why some people hate on it when it's simple yet so good.
2) What is your LEAST favourite Ice Cream (the "why did they MAKE this? kind)
Mint Chocolate lol
3) How often do you eat Ice Cream
Occasionally, when my dad gets some.
4) Do you prefer Ice Cream or Ice Lollies?
Ice CREAM
5) What was your strangest Ice Cream Concoction? (Mine was the Ice Cream Toastie)
Chocolate and Vanilla and mix it til it turns into a milkshake.
@Dante Thank you for the invite! It is very much appreciated

5) What was your strangest Ice Cream Concoction? (Mine was the Ice Cream Toastie) I've never done anything too weird with ice cream I don't think. Some people may have thought it was weird when I had cereal on it or put it on waffles.
Just remembered something. I didn't make it myself, but I did eat it. My friend at my one college I went to had a bowl of ice cream in the dining hall but left the melted remnants of it at the bottom and mixed a bunch of salt and pepper into it. They dared anyone to eat it, and I kinda wanted attention, so I did. It was so disgusting (as you can probably imagine.)

I love coconut too. Well mostly. I've tried coconut water before and wasn't too big a fan. But toasted coconut chips are one of my favorite snacks when I can find them. For a while earlier this year Dunkin Donuts had a toasted coconut flavoring to put in your drinks. They have a normal coconut flavor all the time, but the toasted coconut one had a better and stronger taste and was sweetened, while the normal one is unsweetened. I tried a coconut and vanilla latte the other day, but it barely had any coconut flavor, so I was disappointed. I also recently found myself craving a vanilla frosted donut covered in coconut flakes but couldn't find one easily.

since the subject has been coconut I'd like to chime in. I love Mounds (shredded coconut covered with dark chocolate). in fact I've been craving it more since I've become diabetic. I'm pretty ok with what else coconut may be put into also (in terms of already existing food recipes) but somehow it does not seem appealing in ice cream to me. coconut is also sometimes used as an additive in some packaged foods (as a minor ingredient) for what purpose I do not know, but those foods don't tend to taste very good. and there's a particular brand of coconut water that I love even though it reminds me of therapy. 👽
