Today's theme: what are you looking forward to?

I'm looking forward to getting discharged from the psych ward AND going on holiday for my 30th in September.

Woah nice! I am so happy for you @Butterfly. I have my niece 1 year old birthday coming up and I don’t feel like if. I mean family gathering triggers my anxiety but I’m not sure how to be strong for my niece. I’m more excited in hanging out with a friend from one of the communities I’m in cause I’ve been feeling so alone so I just need a moment to feel bit human at least and joining new mental health support group before attending mindfulness course in April. 😄 Okay that is too much. I’m beyond excited in getting a massage again this Wednesday, I’m still feeling slightly unwell.

Looking forward to seeing the doctor tomorrow after I have waited a month to get in to find out about surgery. I know weird actually looking forward to it maybe then I won’t be in constant pain

I wiped it off on the grass, lol. Luckily, it rained recently, so it came off pretty easily. But note to self next time: don't stare at my phone while having the dog out anymore.

haha I will use anything so if I had gotten it free I would've used a few one, admittedly. I didn't get anything free this year so I bought this one. It's cities around the world.
The dates marked are SF members birthdays actually. Shhhh We gotta keep track somehow yanno. Oh, and my son's endocrinology appt Monday it seems haha
