Hey
@Angie, another good set of questions. Thanks for opening and for tagging me.
❖ What is your favorite meal to cook and why?
I have two for that. For more everyday meals, i'd go with spaghetti carbonara. It's arguably my favourite meal overall, and it's very simple to throw together. Some pasta, eggs, cheese, and bacon, and about 20 minutes to cook it all up.
But for special occasions, i love to make these chocolate and vanilla desserts. It's an absolute pain that leaves a bunch of washing to do, but it's worth it, cos i do it properly. I take my time, ensure every step is performed to perfection, work with high quality ingredients, and use real vanilla pods too. And the end product is sinfully delicious. Rich and creamy, and with a beautifully smooth texture. The kind of food you wouldn't even be physically able to eat more than a standard serving of. Trust me, i've seen people try and fail.
❖ What’s your favorite breakfast cereal?
A boring answer, but probably cornflakes. I used to prefer more sugary cereal, but i'm at that age now where i can feel it messing with my stomach if i start my day on that, i can't digest sugar as easily as i used to. (I know, i know, i talk like i'm a thousand

.)
❖ Favorite grocery item while shopping locally?
On occasion, i've been known to treat myself to a chocolate twist from the bakery section in Tesco. There's something i find oddly refreshing and humanising about taking a break from rushing around, to stop, sit down, and enjoy a nice pastry.
