1.) What's your favorite childhood memory growing up?
Just being able to do what I wanted without having to worry about responsibilities.

2.) If you could open a charity, what would it be about?

To help people who are struggling with mental illness.

3.) Who helped you when you were at your lowest?

It's dumb but I feel sad because I feel like I don't help anyone. But I've been helped by lots of good people.

4.) If you had the power to resurrect someone, who or what would it be?

Some family members, maybe my father so I could get to know him.

5.) What's something good that happened to you for the past week?

I don't know, I guess just talking to people who care about me is good.

6.) What song do you listen to that always cheers you up?

Nothing in particular, I just like music in general.

Had to just say something here after reading that you felt that way (that you feel like you don't help anyone) cos the fact that you took the time to reply in my diary here def. helped me a lot cos it helped reinforce that there are people who care about what I think and feel. It's far too rare (in my wonderful experience anyway) that people take the time to do something so thoughtful so when they do it really means a lot, helps and just makes a lot of a difference. Please never forget that you have been a huge help to me just by caring & being such a kind & thoughtful person :)

This part is meant to also just express my appreciation to everyone on here who has ever taken the time to reply in my diary topic and also anything else I've said (as long as it was fairly nice & supportive of course, there have def. been some kind of upsetting things said to me here over the years but thankfully that has been fairly rare) or even just clicked like on my posts, it all really means a lot to me & helps me have more faith that there are people who care about me. Thank you all so much, you are exceptional miracles imo :) ❤ ❤ ❤

Aww thank you, that is very sweet of you to say and I'm glad I have been able to help you. Just feeling emotional today and doubting myself. Sometimes it's nice to be reminded that you do matter to people. You matter a lot and I hope you can see that too.

oh. If I could resurrect someone? Jesus. Yeah I said it. I want him to come back here and tell these people to get their heads out of their asses over things like <insert absurd thing that people believe here cause I don't want to name them and offend anyone> So if he shows back up here and says "hey yeah, you guys are way off on this..." then people can't argue with The Man Himself, right?
(this is dead serious and I'm not being a smartass so no one hit report, aight?)
I've got my list of questions ready. Dude, I'd love to pick his brain for awhile.

Favorite childhood memory: probably just playing with my sister or going to hockey games with my dad and sometimes my sister.

Charity I’d open: a senior and disabled pug sanctuary.

Who helped me at my lowest: a lot of friends, some of whom I haven’t talked to in forever.

Who I’d bring back to life: can’t think of anybody.

Good from the past week: Spurs winning on Saturday, hockey season starting today.

Song that cheers me up: probably “Snitch Jacket” by Two Inch Astronaut just because it’s my favorite song overall.

That’s so sweet. I used to prefer cats and still do like them, but I really came to love dogs over the years.
Cats really terrified me as a child. They we're just so standoffish. There is just something so sweet about the unconditional love dogs give.

I dont have time to play mind games with cats. I'm luck the Siamese I have back home is docile and likes pets (raised by four dogs).

Today's topic might be boring my apologies but I just wanted to try and spread some good vibes
Lets see what i can do with these questions. I’m so out of it. its not even the second anymore. sorry i’m late Lostgirl, and maybe i have a few answers. and of course thanks @JMG for tagging me.
now the Qs
1.) What's your favorite childhood memory growing up?
this is a memory i’ve spoken about here before but being the favorite one, telling again is a good idea.
we had a piano. it was an upright, shiny black. it was parked in various places throughout my childhood but when i was about 5ish (don’t remember anymore) it was in the living room close to the fireplace. the left side of the fire place was always warm because the hot water pipes from the basement came up there. and between this small piece of wall and the piano was about 20 inches of space where a little boy coudl sit and hide and thus i did. i was always fascinated by the little clumps of dust that collected there now i think of it as living room tumble weed. it never bothered me that it was there because it was so fascinating. the piano had good and bad connotations and the fireplace, warm even with no fire. and i’d sit there and think and day dream and just exist safely. that’s it. thats the memory.

2.) If you could open a charity, what would it be about?
probably about mental health. maybe specifically for people with dissociation in various forms. maybe a charity and program to help move society out of the dark ages when it comes to mental health/healthcare. something along those lines.

3.) Who helped you when you were at your lowest?
jessica. i’ll always regret having lost her friendship. but i’ve been lower since with no help (i’m excluding therapists of course because i think that is something altogether different.

4.) If you had the power to resurrect someone, who or what would it be? it would be me of course. not conceit here, just a desire to have a full life opportunity.

5.) What's something good that happened to you for the past week?
i don’t know. maybe seeing the bubble tea picture above.
then those chocolate cupcakes look so delish. oh yeah, the chocolate chocolate chip icecream i actually ate. hey there is also the cool gust of wind that made me feel happy as i was walking to work in the morning on the real Oct 2. and also seeing that our cat, the one who had the surgery is healing and being his normal self.

6.) What song do you listen to that always cheers you up? ooh, this is tricky because the song is about crying. it’s by kyu sakamoto; popular in the 1960s; from japan; called “Ue o Muite Arukō” and given a silly name so americans would listen which was totally unnecessary since its such a great song in any language.

there! i answered them. i was not sure i’d be able. thanks again Lost Girl and JMG this cafe has made me happy too!!!:)
