Also before I answer the q's I just wanted to say I really love the show Firefly too it was great & def. needed to be on for more than 1 bloody season. Serenity was ok but the show was def. much better imo.

Same as what Witty said (sorry I swear I'm not trying to be a copycat here but that is kind of the best thing I can think of, most things I've ever liked I really did like it wasn't cos of following trends or anything but with pogs, yes it was ALL about how trendy they were, god they really were idiotic lol.)

Customer service people being rude for NO GOOD REASON to customers. Also I think customer service people need to make DAMN SURE to always thank the customer it seems kinda rude to me when they don't.

Lots of things but I guess the importance of accepting people as they are, forgiveness and appreciating people properly.
