Thats Epupa falls in Namibia, it may be small but it shure is pritty, sadly i have never been there even thought i lived in Windhoek.

I'm in Nashville. It was a long drive yesterday, but we all got in safely and had fun once we all got back together. We had our first game this morning. We lost and had a couple of injuries, but it's still a good trip so far. I just hope I can keep my anxiety at bay... last night we spent some time with some of the other teams in a crowded, loud bar and I almost freaked out because I got overstimulated and nervous.

I didn't realize how much weight I had gained I have to lose weight in a healthy way...
