Thank you for the tag @Inastorm
I don’t know what the best advice I’ve been given is because I’ve been given a lot of great advice, and it’s hard to choose. The one that comes at the top of my head is, though, from my therapist. She said that I shouldn’t look at things in a “all or nothing” lens and that I should still try at things even if I can’t finish all I wanted to accomplish. So for example, if I wanted to clean my room, in a “all or nothing” lens, I’d tell myself that I need to clean all of my room in that one day or I just won’t do it. Her advice is to still try and clean some of my room even if I can’t finish it all in a day, so maybe one day I clean my bed and then the next I clean my desk instead of both on the same day. It’s still kind of hard to apply that advice, but I’m trying.

I don’t know what I’d teach. I think I’d like to teach something creative and artistic, like be an art teacher, or teach something STEM, like biology. A lot of choices.

Any advice for someone who struggle to do it everyday? ( Exercise )
@FFurry Well? With kind regards I add a vote to maybe starting a thread to address and support this.
Yes, that'd be a good idea... it's sort of a broad and open-ended topic. My "expertise" is mostly about the technical aspects, mainly about the routine and consistency, not necessarily Arnold Schwarzenegger-style pumping iron six hours every day 😂

Along these lines, one thing I'd suggest is to emphasize weight training and building up useful muscle mass, which will be very rewarding for health as the years trickle by. Specifically, you can do just the "Big 3" workout (bench press, squats, dead lift), which, if done properly and consistently, will achieve visible gains both esthetically and health-wise. You almost don't need any other exercises, which can be thought of as supplementing whatever "Big 3" underemphasizes (e.g., biceps, for which you can add curls or chin-ups/pull-ups).

Thankyou. I see. I don't go to gym but building muscles is something I have wanted to do

bench press, squats, dead lift
@FFurry - Thank you for this. : ) I'm going to use that trio instead of my convoluted list, which I made a few years ago. It needed a refresh.

I will add that it's important to do core work. I've kept my core workout going, which I do 2 days a week, and more or less the running. I have a torn cartilaidge in my left shoulder, so I have PT to do before re-starting weight work.
