Hello SF family, I hope this finds you well. Today's questions are of a mundane nature, but hopefully interesting!

What laundry products do you use?
Do you put your clothes on a hanger so that they all face the same way in the closet?
Do you fold towels a certain way?
Do you fold your fitted sheets? (this one is hard for me lol )

Hey Angie, thanks for posting a cafe for today. I’m pretty good thanks, hope you’re well too. Cool theme, and agreed that the q’s are interesting Here’s my answers to them:

1. Laundry products - For washing I use Tide liquid detergent.
For the dryer - Can’t remember the brand (my mom always buys them lol) they might be Fleecy or something like that, but ya just those regular dryer sheets.

2. Clothes on hanger… - Ya, I try to make all my clothes be facing the same way in my closet, less confusing when I’m looking for a specific thing. My closet is a bit of a disaster so I don’t tend to open it much, lol :p

3. Folding towels - I don’t do anything “fancy” with how I fold them, just kinda do the square way of folding them I guess.

4. Ya, I try to “fold” them as best I can, it’s damn hard though of course, and always looks terrible lol.

It’s funny that laundry is the theme for this, cos I just did mine yesterday lol :p

@Angie I was thinking of posting a cafe but my mind is preoccupied with Christmas wrapping and that topic has already been done. Laundry day is tomorrow so I guess the questions are pertinent.

What laundry products do you use? Tide liquid he since I have a front loader. No dryer sheets.

I use liquid detergent. Something that's not too pricy but still smells nice and works well.

I don't put any of my clothes in the closet. They're all in a dresser.

Yeah like...in a square I guess.

No, I just take them out of the basket and put them on.

It's the first of December, so, happy last month of the year to everyone. Hugs to anyone who needs them.

Launddry is washed with unscented liguid and dried with my own dryer sheet thingy. I use the same thing my grandma taught me for stains: an old fashioned bar of soap called fels naptha. Costs about 2 dollars, works, lasts for about 10 years, and no plastic is involved.
I like drying clothes outside, but I am in the PNW now and that is just a joke, so I have to use the dryer. I like the soft scent of a certain hair conditioner, and am pretty sure that all hair conditioner is 99% fabric softener, so I dip a cloth into it and throw it in with my workout clothes.

Clothes face to the right except for the last one on the left with faces them.

Towels are folded a certain way, yep.

I fold fitted sheets however the hell I feel like it so they won't fall off the shelf. The clean towels and sheets have bars of soaps from locitane stored on the shelf with them. I like the cupboard to smell clean.

... I can do non-fussy, like when I used to go on backpacks and wear the same sweaty clothes for 4 days, except for socks of course.

What is this laundry? I stick to loincloths that I just beat against a rock. for me it is simple laundry soap and dryer sheets.

I actually do, not just organized but easier to just grab and yank off the hanger.

I fold them length wise and then again.

Mine typically go straight from the dryer right to the best, along with the blankets. I wash all the bedding here in one load. I snooze in a single bed so the load is not a very large one.
