Thanks to
@Angie for opening and to
@JMG for tagging me.

Seriously you two, it means more to me today than you would both think. You helped brighten up a really hard day.
What's on your to be read list?
Well, i'm currently working through the Area X series if that counts.
The Divine Comedy.
The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck.
Racism Without Racists.
The Transgender Issue.
One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich.
Oh, and this brilliant book i got started on about processing the concept of never having kids despite wanting them. Cheery, i know.

There are more, but they're far enough down on the list they're in the "...probably, some day" region of the list.
😅
What is one book you'd like to read but probably never will?
The Complete works of H.P. Lovecraft. The man inspired some of the greatest horror in existence, so i've tried a few times, but a bunch of his stories are so boooooring. 😩
Plus i always get put off by the fact i'm basically reading a turn-of-the-century racist whinging about how scary he thinks black people are.
What is one book you would read again?
Pretentious answer, but probably 1984. The book's thick with allegory, and it feels like these days you can't walk more than 5 steps down the street without tripping over someone quoting it to make some dodgy point, sometimes even misquoting it, or quoting it despite having never read it. It's a book it pays off to read and reread in this cultural/political climate.
