So my theme for you is - have you had any strange psychic things happen to you or do you have a theory as to what is happening or why? I've had some strange ones, like the day before my father had a heart attack I knew with 100% certainty something bad was about to happen. I'm reminded because Kirk Douglas used to remind me of him and the day before Kirk Douglas died I woke up and wondered if he was still alive. Forgot to check then checked the next day and saw he had died. The most spooky was at my husband's birthday party, he invited work colleagues and wives who I'd never met before. Was chatting to one of the wives in the kitchen then later our kids were playing in a bedroom and I chatted to her again and said something about her birthday 'next Wednesday'. Thought she had mentioned it in the kitchen but she said she was so anxious about it she hadn't told anyone and definitely hadn't said anything to me. Another strange thing is that I can tell by looking at photos if someone has died. Not 100% of the time but very often. It's like they are 2D and the living person in the photo is 3D.

Those are amazing stories. I think that some people are psychic. My mother could tell when something bad was going to happen.

She predicted a family pet passing with a nightmare across the country. I feel the dog came to her in a dream. And, I usually don't believe in ghosts or spirits. I can't explain it.

She also knew that something was going to happen before a bad car accident that my sister was in.

There was a plane crash in New York with students, that landed in the ocean. She dreamt about water and fire beforehand. She confided in me. She said she began to lose it as she aged. I dont know if it is coincidence.

I can't say that I've had any psychic experiences. Even when I made a serious suicide attempt earlier in the year and went into respiratory arrest I saw nothing. No lights, no outer body experiences. Nothing.

Nope, can't really say I've had anything like that happen. I have severe anxiety and about everything a lot, but my intuition is often wrong. So I would call it paranoia more so than psychic ability.

However, I will say this: like many "psychics" out there, I do read body language and emotions quite well. I can tell how somebody feels just by looking at their behaviors and mannerisms. I can often tell when someone is lying or hiding something. So I don't know if that counts, but yeah.

I know there are lots of stories about that and I've no experience of being close to death but I am sceptical about the meaning of those. I'm sure it's more a trick of the brain and the subconscious or unconscious brain reacting to trauma but I'd be interested if anyone could show otherwise. Anyway, I'm glad you are still with us @Butterfly

That's often something that water signs are good at. I think you are one @Aurelia? I am too. I pick up on emotions but as I've got older I'm not as good at picking up on the lying. Not sure why that is. But yes, I think that counts!

Once I heard a voice say "I tried". I told my friend about it, and he said it's something he said out loud, because he tried to help me but couldn't.

when I was in the hospital in a coma with respiratory failure (physical issues due to high c02 ) I saw nothing either. I actually died in the ambulance for a minuet or two and still nothing. I remember being put in the ambulance then waking up 3 or 4 days later with tubes down my throat. no light no out of body experience not even a devil with a pitchfork, just nothing lol

I remember years ago in a house we lived in we had an old dirt cellar. well years before that my grandmother wouldn't let my grandfather drink or smoke his pipe. so he would go into the cellar to do it. so once in a while when my wife and I went down cellar we could smell his pipe smoke like it was fresh. we also sometimes felt an eerie presence in the cellar. after a while when that happened we'd just say hi gramps..mike

I'm not sure if this counts but something psychotic always happen during my life's adversities. Before I lost my family members, I was already facing deep grieve about my friend fighting cancer, she had it for 3 years already which at the same time, the deceased of my family members was sick. I was so sad that I have lost faith in all of them. It happened but the creepiest feeling now is, I knew because I felt that god wants me to pick - "friends or family to survive?" I didn't decide but my prediction to losing my family is correct and he saved my friend who is in cancer remission 100%, all happening in one month. Somehow I can empathise with you about your dad's heart attack, similar @BlueGreen @_@

Cool theme but I don't really have any cool or interesting psychic stuff that's happened to me. My mom has though and so did her bro (my uncle) which made me believe in it. What confuses me endlessly about it is - why is it only some (rather than ALL) people who get to have such cool, interesting experiences and abilities like that? And also, does everyone at least have the potential to be able to have that ability also? If no then why the heck not?!!???!?!?! Seems completely unfair to me Ya this subject kind of just tends to piss me off I swear if nothing seriously psychic happens to me in the next 5 years I am just gonna start making something up cos it's way too boring to not be psychic, ok I'm done sorry mood is weird & I guess not very good right now.

I’m usually trying to stay away from it because it feels too risky and wrong to play or get involved in things I do not understand... But when I was a kid, one night my dad was yelling with pain and my mom had to take him to the hospital. I stayed at my grandmas house and she was the one talking to my mom, asking what’s going on. I remember I was starting out of the window and like out of a trance said ‘There will be some complications but eventually everything will be ok’. I have no idea why I said that but afterwards my mom told me this is exactly what happened. There was a huge problem and the doctors said that if they were operating five minutes later they wouldn’t be able to save him.
