I've never done this before but I noticed the cafe was dark on a Sunday. You've all been so kind so I thought I'd invite everyone on SF to an Eggs Benedict buffet! Whether you like yours with steak, crab, salmon, spinach, avocado, tomato, asparagus or the traditional way with ham or Canadian bacon there is something for everyone. Who doesn't love hollandaise sauce?

I'd love it if @SillyOldBear, @DrownedFishOnFire and @dtc would cook up potatoes and side dishes.
@Acanthi and @chg0991 could you choose some fresh juices and other beverages?
I'd also like to ask @WatchingPlanesFlyBy, @Silverpuddle and @walkerbait95 to choose the music and create some atmosphere.
And it would be wonderful if @Kira75 and @Petal would select flowers for the tables.
