Wowsers! Its probably the 20th for some of the folks here by now. A rather late start. Won't start any meals today. Even though I did make some blueberry cheesecake bars. Guess I could share those. Anyone want some?

Challenge for the day. Come up with one reason to stay in this dreary old world.
I will stay to see how long it takes Trump to get pissed off because he can't have his own way and resign the presidency.

I want to stay in this world because I am curious to see what married life is actually like. :p Who knows when I will be married... but one day it will happen

I can give you A BUNCH of reasons!

Family, friends, work, nature, THE OCEAN, painting (when others do it, I can't draw a straight line) good wine, Liam Neeson, comfy clothes, adorable pets, awesome video games, ANIME:rolleyes:

But most importantly

Billions of years of evolution and history have come this moment and we're alive to witness it. Maybe I won't have the biggest impact but what a time to be alive! I'd like to see it through to the very end with everyone of you.

My beautiful grandkids and all of their innocence and imagination. It's so fun to watch them, and I melt when they give me big hugs. Looking forward to the summer coming and sitting around a big bonfire. Knowing how much my daughter enjoyed life, and trying to enjoy it in her honour since she was taken far too early. Also being grateful for SF and all the wonderful people I have met. I want to stick around and watch you all succeed.

My reason is my son. If I think more about it, there's the desire to travel the World. Explore other countries and their culture. The food, people, nature, animals, ancient ruins of lives and times before ours. Not so much the "common tourist attractions" but discover the hidden parts of the world that humanity hasn't touched and exploited. Waterfalls, caves, forests... Yeah
