Monday has been so up and down. I'm getting things done at work but then I come home and just feel so spent. I just want to sleep all day and not do anything.

Wish you felt better Acanthi. I think it's common for people to feel tired after work, but it seems like what you are experiencing is on another level. Do you typically feel the same way after work, or has it gotten worse?

It's bad when I've to work weekends. And 3 friends canceled on me in the same day. That made me sad too...
