Good morning SF, you make me happy when the skies are grey, soppy bitch aren't I :p

Today I'd like to ask what are your favourite childhood morning memories? Mine was I think it was the year of '93 could have been 94' when I awoke to find that santa had eaten his cookies and drank his mik and there were piles of gifts under the tree :) My sister was in hospital with pneumonia and I brought her in a ladybird teddy bear, she still has that teddy, again soppy! I am getting a start on my christmas gifts today :)

Please share yours...

And on the menu today is pancakes, waffles, soda bread, honey, jam and blueberries, bananas and strawberries! Enjoy :)

I just remember a bit of mine waking up to tree branches in the blue sky and campfire smoke drifting in then going to the beach in the early morning when the waves are zero and the water in the lake is pristine and watching the waves become ripples then turmoil all day long

Good morning, and thank you @Petal for the breakfast. Soda bread, please!

I remember getting up and having breakfast with Daddy on Saturday mornings (early). He would have a pot of tea and would pour some for me - a drop of tea, lots of milk, and a wee bit of sugar. Then we'd talk about how the world worked - animals, nature, people, business. Not a deep level - I was only 4 years old, but at a level I could understand and I felt like the happiest little girl in the world. :)

Withing everyone a happy Thurthday thurprithe! (I have my mouth guard in becauthe I have to thee the dentitht thith morning.)

Hey all. Haven't been doing much yet and it's now past noon. Going to head in to school soon because I have a meeting with my professor, the one who's helping me get caught up with the work I neglected, in a few hours. Maybe I'll see a friend while I'm waiting too. I can only hope.

My favorite childhood memory is going to hockey games with my dad.

Pancakes sound wonderful, as does the fruit. I don't eat enough fruit. I tried to make up for that on my friend's film set on Sunday by eating 5 tangerines right in a row, but it only made me feel sick. Guess I'll have to take it a little slower then.

I hope I can continue my productive streak at work. Did really well last night and that put me in a good mood. Even dealing with idiotic clients didn't bring me down.

My meeting with the professor went great. He was super understanding and even helped me figure out why I'd had such trouble with the one assignment I didn't do, which I didn't figure out until he mentioned the possibility. We're going to meet next week and discuss my concerns about the future.

And the rugby captain is being an amazing friend to me. I don't think he understands exactly what I'm going through, but he's a good listener and he's trying, and that's the most important thing. I don't use these terms too much, but in my diary thread (that I've been neglecting), I assigned important friends a letter/abbreviation, usually going by first name. My friend in Oregon is M, my friend in Sweden is K, and my best friend is BFF (because her name begins with K as well.) The captain will now be B, at least when I'm mentioning him in the capacity of a friend. He's earned it.
