How you all doing today?
Today's special is huge Mission-style burritos because I miss San Francisco. My favorite type of burrito is lengua (beef tongue). How about you?
I'll also try and whip up some horchata and some churros.

The challenge of the day is less fun than some but still important: try to go to bed at a reasonable hour tonight, whatever that means for you.

Good evening all,
Today I'm feeling quite a bit better physically and extremely drained mentally, emotionally and physically.
Just ate some chicken pieces that were coated in egg and crumbs, not breadcrumbs but such an idea, and then fried.
Will try the challenge, dunno if can do it or not.

Today started off a little stressful but I'm feeling much better. Wishing all of you a peaceful day.

Today's challenge... it's not even 10pm and I'm in bed. I'm exhausted mentally and physically so I'm going to try hardest to be asleep soon.
I know I won't get more than a few interrupted hours, but I'm going to try.

For people who don't know what kind they want, I'll just default to carne asada. I know tongue sounds weird to some. It's just my favorite. We've got tons of other meats, even a little seafood or veggie.

@baywasp Thank you for opening up today! I didn't even know there were beef tongue burritos! I just had a chicken dinner though, so no burritos for me. Maybe next time.

I like the challenge. It's hard though. I get caught up in a silly TV show and stay up too late. Or I watch the news and then my mind spins for a while before I can sleep. I will try to avoid the news after the last interesting TV show tonight. Thank you for the healthy and excellent suggestion! *yawns just thinking of a comfy night tucked in bed*

Ill grab the Chile Rellenos tacos hidden behind the counter for me and some of the carne asadas topped with cilantro/onions and lime.

Long day for me so the challenge wont be a problem after my favorite programming tonight (Nightwatch)

Update: was asleep by 10.30pm. Yes it's was the usual interrupted sleep but didn't wake up properly until 8am. So lots of sleep for me by my standards. Bring on Friday!
