I only started appreciating them last year... they are truly the most amazing people in the whole world... I would not change them for anything...

Hi all. I hope everyone has an amazing day today. I hope the monsters stay at bay & you all accomplish the things you've been unable to.

Mom: mom is gone but she was a pretty person. She tried, that's for sure. She did everything she could for us. She finally gave up though...killed herself 15 years ago now.

Dad: dad's pretty bitchin. Smarter than he should be. Taught me everything I need to know about life. Is always there if I need something. I hope he lives to be a million.

Good morning all... I've got coffee if anyone's interested...@SillyOldBear your post brought to mind a fond memory of my mom (she passed away 2 years ago)...she used to wake me up singing "Good Morning to You, Good Morning to You..." in this very chipper and will admit irritating way to a tween/teenager....my dad...coming home from middle school and him asking me "What good things happened today?"...

Parent assignment that's a rough one for me. Dad...taught me to fish.

Kinda of dealing with a full blown head cold or sinusitius whatever that's spelled lol.

I wish landlines would make a comeback. It is so anticlimactic when I call peoples' cell phones and they can't slam the phone down in my ear. lol

that's a good idea for an app....make a slamming sound when hanging up the phone to be more dramatic. Hehee

My head's throbbing. Just came in - was out pretty much all day until now.
I'd love to curl up with a cool drink on my couch in the corner.
Hmm, my mum likes to help people, my dad is a caring intelligent person. Both been through a lot of unworked on crap in their life that has affected them and us.

Both parents are dead - they my mom and I were very much alike. We both had depression to deal with although she got diagnosed when she was nearly 70. Both parents were good to have around. They made us into a close knit band of siblings.

Day was ok. Life has been ok except for some reason I've been hiding alone inside my house, hating it, but not wanting to go outside and be sociable.

We need some food up in here. I'm too lazy to cook right now so I'll order up some pizzas, my treat.

My mom teaches French at a college near where I grew up. I think that's pretty cool. We've had our issues, but I love and miss her.
My dad is an engineer. He wants close to nothing to do with me right now, and I have mixed feelings about that.

Lol yeah...although I get hung up on a lot at work, so that could get kinda noisy :P

Hello, was up and out fairly early today, so didn't post.

Hmmm...parents. Both my parents had a great sense of humor and they passed it on to my sister and me.
