addendum. Good word, huh.

It definitely is. I'm so glad to see someone else praising that word. Because i have a very vivid memory of one day in college, where i was writing a paper, and i turned to some of the others and said "does it flow well here if i end the sentence, then start a new one with 'in addendum?'" What followed was about 15 minutes of constant hooting and braying over the word addendum. Apparently none of them heard it before, and thought i was just making up a very funny word. I had to re-evaluate some things that day.

Aw wow, thanks soo much to every single person who replied in here, I appreciate it soo much! I just finished “liking” on all the posts, skimmed through some (shorter ones, lol) but now I am gonna go back and read them all more thoroughly

Oh there are some things I wanted to do a reply on, first - tysm to Lane, Kiwi, Witty and Neko for wishing my kitty a happy bday, that was very kind and thoughtful of you guys!

Secondly @puffymilk - That’s great that you have a small business, congrats to you for doing that! Do you mind if I ask what kind of small business it is? I ask partly out of genuine curiosity, and partly because of how you said you don’t have anyone who’s “signed up yet”. I would want to help if I could so just curious to hear more about it I wish you lots of luck with it though and hope you’ll get lots of people signed up soon!

So beautiful, my fave of them all is that butterfly one, really love the railway tracks one too (love those kinds of pics in general where there is a long vantage point like that). @lovelydevon - Just wanted to answer your question about the point of the cafe, it is just meant to be a “social” kind of thread where people can come and say hi. Often the cafe has a “theme” of some kind, but not always. Sometimes people ask some questions in them, sometimes they’re just random, but they are mostly meant to be a fun, lighthearted kind of thread to post in There’s “new ones” posted cos it is just fun to have different people post them, have different themes, questions and just to have a “new” one (for something “different” and all that) Hope that makes it clearer about the point of it, and also, thanks for replying!

Thank you so much @JMG! I am working on an online class for students who want to learn how to make an essay for their university applications. I wish you could help but my target market is pretty limited haha. I'll have to think of another business idea so people on SF can contribute one day lol

And to update you about the progress of it, yesterday a parent reached out to me asking some queries about my class. She said she has a son who's in 11th grade and would like to go to a top uni in my country. She said that he'll need to do some preparation for the essay when he's in 12th grade. She's saving my contact and told me she'll contact me again when her son is in 12th grade (which will be in July... I believe).

My friend last night gave me amazing advices. He said im always sad because of people and what they might think of me while I have a lot of qualities to be happy about. He said that I'm very pretty and smart and good with fashion, and speak 3 languages very well. That many people would wanna be in my place. Last night it calmed me down but now sadly I wokeup with heart palpitations again.

Glad you like the lion (I liked how it was fun/different being “purple” and all lol) and yup I like lions My fave animals are cats, dogs, bunnies (rabbits), peacocks and many/most other birds, squirrels, dolphins, kangaroos, pandas, snakes, fish, otters, giraffes, tigers, all forms of lizards, iguanas, chameleons, ya it’s a long list so those are “some of my faves” anyway, lol :p

Ok sorry I know this is already kind of a long post, really am trying hard to keep them less “long/rambly” lol but just wanted to say tysm to all the people who replied since I posted my last ty to everyone who replied, I very much enjoyed reading everyone’s replies, especially rn when I’m feeling so weak, down and a bit hopeless about things. Body is just fighting being sick and it is in the “final phase” which will be good once the worst is “over” but ya been hard to get more than 4 hrs of sleep at a time, like I need to be sleeping for another 4 hours here but after I woke up I was just feeling so much worry and fear about so many things. Anyway gonna try again and hopefully if I succeed in sleeping for those 4 more hours then when I wake up the “worst” of these dreadful symptoms will be “over”
I wish I could reply to every post individually but just don’t have the time or energy rn. I’m gonna post this and then do one more quick (separate) reply though

It's also really impressive, that you have that knowledge--on what you're going to be providing them, with expertise & guidance! I'm sure many go in blind, with it. Or from what limited information they can gather on their own, online (which I haven't got a "clue," as to its worth)~*

Thats actually of great benefit, and help, all onto / unto its own, though - as that's a big part of the fear, or the uncertainty, in or with them: as I'd imagine, this unknown can elicit feelings of great anxiety in some.
