What’s The Most Courageous Thing You’ve Ever Done?
Hard to answer this cos I think everyone's definition of "courageous" is kinda different and also it really depends on how scary or challenging it is for the individual person but I think one of the more courageous things I ever did was work full time for 7 years even though for most of those years I was on and off suicidal for various reasons. One time, toward the end of that less-than-ideal job I was so upset (can't remember what it was about exactly, was just an extremely emo day for me) I was crying but still helped customers even as I was crying, god it was hard & also a bit embarrassing, I definitely greatly appreciated that none of them said anything to me like why are you crying that is the ONLY thing I can think of that would definitely have only made it worse. Still, I imagine they must have been thinking "wtf is up with this girl crying like this?" lol. Ya that was a good day (sarcasm lol).

When You’re Having A Bad Day, What Do You Do To Make Yourself Feel Better?
Lots of things but especially eat chocolate, play a game online, read affirmations, think of things I am grateful for and lucky to have in my life, lay or sit near my sweet perfect lil kitten and sometimes do a diary entry. Something that would help me more than all of these things combined would be to have someone (preferably the opposite gender and older than me) to either call up or even just talk to online who I would feel genuinely gave a crap & was grateful to me for opening up to them like that. Where it felt like it was "building" something & just really meant something to them on at least a fairly deep level I guess.

I don't use these, ever, and don't think they've ever been used on me either but I'm fine with that because all it would result in is me running to the bathroom to barf anyway. I guess a funny one I've heard that isn't too idiotic is "I lost my phone number. Can I have yours?" lol.

I sought employment twice consecutively, within a month of quitting my first job in less than a week. I attained a higher paying job and a manager who wasn’t a miserable prick during my second run, but I didn’t make it past training due to my courage.

Yes, this is what amounts to the pinnacle of my courage, boys. Attaining my driver’s license is a close contender, or driving in general.

What’s The Most Courageous Thing You’ve Ever Done? Staying alive is always pretty courageous. I think the most frightened I've ever been putting out my hand to knock on the door of Maytree (charity run crisis house). I stood there for hours trying to decide whether to turn around and leave or not.

What’s The Most Courageous Thing You’ve Ever Done? not sure which one would count as "the most" so I'll say it's a toss up between these lol.. facing my fear of helping to plan my grandmother's funeral, I was terrified and really didn't want to, thought it would traumatize me and it did, but my mum wanted me to go so I faced it and went. facing my fear of standing infront of 60 people and doing a presentation.. lemme tell ya with social anxiety that was absolutely terrifying and my knees were shaking but I lived. Meeting my dad's partner face to face last year after we blocked each other and hadn't talked for months and months and she was abusive to me prior, I was crying before I walked out the door to meet her and terrified but I did it. Um facing the fear of having a stranger put a camera on a wire up my ass into my intestine whilst I was awake so that I could get diagnosed with an intestine illness, horrible but I did it. Ah..... too many scary things *faints

What’s The Most Courageous Thing You’ve Ever Done?

Calling across the ocean to report to NHS that someone had confided in me that she was going to kill herself. NHS threatened me with arrest (although I never was sure how they were going to accomplish that) for filing a false report - of course my attitude was why would I call England to make a false report like that . Anyway, they waited five hours then called my friend who had decided to wait for my phone call before offing herself. So she bad mouthed me on a forum for deceiving her ( I obtained her phone number by saying I would call) and I left the forum.

I try to get out. I call around friends who will have me over for the night. Sometimes drink, or not. If none of these is possible and writing doesn't appeal to me, I go out for a walk somewhere preferably where there is plenty of nature to enjoy.

Think of the future, and what I can make of myself. Usually look-up ways to help people and watch documentaries, to see where that help is needed. I also usually soak my feet in a warm foot spa, for short-term relief lol.
