Challenge for today is to, hmm, say 1 good thing about yourself and 1 good thing about 3 people on forum (and it can't be too general, has to be specific). Gosh, I'm gonna find that hard to do! Will keep the challenge up anyways :) and try to do it soon...

@Acy and @Acanthi will bring some food
@SillyOldBear and @walkerbait95 will bring drinks
@Freya and @Rockclimbinggirl will come out of hibernation (I know, you are busy) and post 1 decoration
@Baicha and @JacsMom will decorate the cafe
@Kiwi2016 @Zambee123 @Kira75 will think up a ditty/song/rhyme or something nonsensical to welcome anyone who comes in
@Petal and @Angel368 will be serving people.

For the challenge.
I try to keep to what I say I would do. If I say I'll call someone back, I really try to. I don't always succeed - if I put down and then forget later - but I try to.

@nobodyknows71 you keep on going forward in spite of all the odds
@JDot you constantly look for new ways to help yourself and others, and you stick with it
@na-taya you give a new definition to the words nothing is impossible. You've proven that it is possible.

I could write something for every single person on here. Thank you all for being the inspiration that you are.

Howdy everyone!

Well as I've been assigned to welcoming you all with some kind off nonsensical ditty, this is what I came up with...

Firstly, I found a t-shirt to wear that sums up my poetry skills...

Something about 3 people on the forum? Easy. There are so many people here that have something to be spoken of specifically. I'm gonna go outside of the box because I think the people I'm closer to already know what I think of them.

I like the way @Petal is always there for people any time. I realize that's the "job" of the staff but I think she takes it above and beyond. We're not close, like I say, I don't even know her/your name... but it's something that I notice from afar. I think you're/she is a very good person.

@Unknown_111 I feel like maybe no one here knows you or understands you or your motives here what so ever. Who can with so few words? But I respect you for what you do here and hope that you remain part of this community for a very long time. We've never spoken personally but I think you're pretty awesome and deserving of great things, whether you think so or not.

I value the strength and resilience of @nobodyknows71 While we have spoken a little I don't know a thing about your story, honestly, more than the surface. BUT, I do know that you fuckin' TRY and while I'm hand-picking you to call out on this I do realize that's what we're all doing here. There's something about you though... and I just like it and think it's pretty special. Keep pushing on.



There are a lot of people who reach me for various reason here - they remind me of a time in my life or make me think of where I once was or could've been, they come to me when I need it most, don't forget me while I'm gone for a few days and welcome me back when I return. This place is made of literally an entire world of people in all ages, places, jobs, educations, races, etc and we make a pretty perfect team.

@Kira75 your images made me laugh. I have to agree with you. That as soon as I came to listening to my own challenge, I was like oops..... there is something I can say about every single person here, and why one more than the other..... but being that I wrote it, I had to keep to it :oops:

That's kind of how I felt about it -- that's why I picked people I don't have contact with. There are people it would be SOOO easy to write about -- WAY too many to count or I'd be here all day writing stuff about all you guys. I figured maybe calling someone out unexpectedly might be better. The rest of you already know how much I adore you. Or you should.

Today's (yesterday's??) Challenge: @Petal for always having a kind word and a big heart! @Rockclimbinggirl is adventurous and has loads of courage - she has done many new things this past year! @SillyOldBear because she always has both compassion and wisdom in what she says.

I'm sure if I noted everyone on this site, I could find a good quality...so, for everyone: *hugs* for being you and for every effort you make to enjoy your life!

As for the challenge....
One good thing about myself....I think I'm a pretty loyal friend.

Something nice about 3 others:

@Zambee123 - You have a great sense of humour, and never cease to amuse me.
@walkerbait95 - You always encourage me and give me insight, and I enjoy all of our emails about what's going on in our lives.
@Innocent Forever - You are stronger and braver than you know!

And as @walkerbait95 said...there really are too many peeps on here to single out. You all give me a reason to keep coming back. Everyone is unique and special and I am thankful for you all. SF is an awesome place and I have to thank @NYJmpMaster and @Freya for all the hard work they do.
