Good morning!
Today I'm going to teach - I work with children who've learning difficulties, I absolutely love every one of them, in the special needs department as an assistant. Have a driving lesson, and need to answer some questions for therapy.
Is there any breakfast on offer here? It's a shame to be up earlier so as not to get any breakfast

My breakfast dish will be low-carb pancakes made from egg and banana along with maple syrup. I will also be making Pad Thai

I am feeling anxious today. The bus I was on this morning was really full.

Wednesday has been another meltdown roller coaster of overwhelming time........
But on that note I was productive today.
Made a home made card
Did about 3 loads of washing
Vacuumed the floors
Cleaned the linen cupboard out and declutterd it
And folded and put washing away.
And did my first school pick up and second day in babysitting since back from my trip.

Hate to disappoint, but my plans for the day are pretty much nothing. Except maybe to go the ATM to get a little cash if I can afford it because my roommate's friend invited me to go to a restaurant on Thanksgiving tomorrow. Besides that, I have a math assignment I might do, and I've been watching some lectures on social cognition that have been uploaded to Youtube. Maybe I'll watch an episode of The Walking Dead or something too. (I'm still catching up on that show. Embarrassingly enough I've just started season 2.)

My plans is to wash a load or two/ go to the bank before work to drop off some cash to pay a bill and my feeling today is uhh idk maybe a bit of resentment towards the goverment system, wondering what I did last night as was drenched in night sweats had to change my shirt to go back to sleepnat 7am

Today I have finally sorted out the problems with itunes and it is now fixed and i carry on listening to music, glad to not be using spotify anymore just can't workout that crap software and Im definitely not renewing the subscription.

I also went to the mental health group and got talking to a chap C who has recently found out that his wife of 35 years has left him for someone else and he's very misrable, upset, hurt and was in a really bad place.

Phoned up to friends of mine, one didn;t answer the phone call and the other seemed busy and spent a few hours wondering round a shopping centre why I am here and feeling triggered by all the people who have friends etc.

Hey everyone, it's a drizzling rainy day in Canada's Deep South, matches my mood at the moment. Don't feel too motivated to do anything, but I probably will go out and do something. I've been feeling down the last few days and I think it's to do with the holidays coming up, I should volunteer for the downtown mission on Christmas instead of sitting on my arse feeling sorry for myself.

Company closed up two hours early today so I came home and am making sure the turkey is thawed out for tomorrow. I am hosting but all I have to do is cook the turkey and the rest is pot luck. I also have to clean but I sure have to make sure the cats don't get turkey before tomorrow. If I don't get on the computer tomorrow Happy Thanksgiving to my US friends.

Hi everyone. Though I'd check out this cafe thing. Been a dry day here in South England for the first time in days. Such a strange day for me. Just last week I thought I'd be dead by today. But I'm still here, and it feels so wierd. Feels like I've completed a game story but am still exploring the map aimlessly without purpose

I hope everyone has had a good day today, or at least has been able to cope with a bad one. To those from Europe or Asia, I wish you a good night sleep. To those from the Americas, have a good rest of the day
