1) If You Could Ask Advice From Any Historical Figure, Who Would It Be? What Would You Ask Them? Not so much ask advice but observe would be Attila to see if his reputation matched what the Romans wrote about him and since they were pretty brutal to conquered people like most ancients they are not guiltless on harsh treatment of others. Supposedly Julius Casear killed 1 million in Gaul which would be akin to 15 million being killed in France today. A joke one would be a question for Sawney Bean of the Bean clan in Scotland...am I invited for supper and will I be the main course, of course he is considered a myth and legend by many.

2) Which Of Your Personality Traits Has Been The Most Useful? Analytical, quick thinking with a bit of perception. I often think 3 or 4 steps ahead of many which is great for chess. Of course when I fail it is miserably.

3) How Important Are Strong Family Ties To You? Somewhat, they are strong but we aren't close as in common interests.

4) If You Had A Theme Song, What Would It Be? They're Coming to Take Me Away by Napoleon the 14th.

5) If You Could Write One New Law That Everyone Had To Obey, What Law Would You Create? The Golden Rule, around since time began and exists in most cultures.

6) What, If Anything, Have You Ever Re-Gifted? I have never regifted as in given another a present I had no interest in keeping but have passed on more than a few things that have been family heirlooms.

Hi friends! *grouphug2
I decided not to overthink questions today and only do those that take me less than a minute to figure out a satisfying answer. *roflPerfectionist issues...

2) Which Of Your Personality Traits Has Been The Most Useful?
Open-mindedness, in all the ways, the best thing that's happened to me by far.
3) How Important Are Strong Family Ties To You?
As important as with anyone else. If they care, I care, but I don't stay for people who are completely not worth it.
4) If You Had A Theme Song, What Would It Be?
Definitely The Poet and the Pendulum* for the bad part, and Beyond the Matrix* for the better part (not the part about being "divine", lol, that's a little too much. Mostly the verses).
6) What, If Anything, Have You Ever Re-Gifted?
I can't think of any of my own gifts, but my mom often gets chocolates (or alcohol) from her clients, and I've already taken some of these for others (I mean, she gave them to me and/or allowed me to gift them, she gets way too much stuff, lol).

Hey interesting cafe we've got here. Know i'm kinda late to the party but i'd love to give these questions a go. thanks for opening @BlackOpium, and thanks for tagging me @JMG. *hug*hug

1) If You Could Ask Advice From Any Historical Figure, Who Would It Be? What Would You Ask Them?
Honestly, if i could do this, i would want to go get my psychology degree, then interview a variety of serial/spree killers, to see if they could be saved with our modern, more compassionate mental health care knowledge. Some may not count this as advice, but i think it could be very informative as to how we can prevent more people like them from emerging. In particular i'd really want to try working with Jeffrey Dahmer, that guy really seems like he could have gone in such a better direction if he had just been given some more understanding and love.

2) Which Of Your Personality Traits Has Been The Most Useful?
I'd probably say my varied and unpredictable nature. It allows me to be a lot of things to a lot of people, and that often means that people end up seeing at least a few things in me that they like. It seems to make me strangely endearing.

3) How Important Are Strong Family Ties To You?
Well, i would say it's important to have strong family ties with some members of your family, but i'd say being too close can actually create more issues, and you're very unlikely to even get on with all of your family, let alone be close to them all. And i think that's ok.

4) If You Had A Theme Song, What Would It Be?
Probably Cult of Personality. Since as my answer to question 2 suggests, i feel like that can describe me pretty well at times. Not that i'm saying that i am a cult of personality or that i manipulate/exploit people or anything, just i can relate to being seen as this great person sometimes while musing on how i'm not what people really see.

5) If You Could Write One New Law That Everyone Had To Obey, What Law Would You Create?
Oh, i'd definitely outlaw the use of tax havens by companies, and ensure that they couldn't move their company to another country just to pay less taxes. They're the entities in our nations that bring in the most income, so it seems absurd that they should be expected to contribute a smaller percentage of that massive income than the average person does from their hard-earned wages.

6) What, If Anything, Have You Ever Re-Gifted?
I've never re-gifted anything honestly, it would just never sit right with me. I do believe it is the thought that counts, and imo there's no thought in something i give to someone just because someone else gave me it and i don't want it. So at worst i'm the kind to have stuff just sitting around never being used. Which is debatably worse, but that's just how i function i guess. *dunno2

I did have to think a bit about favorite breakfast since after waking up I typically have a glass of milk which must be whole milk and three high blood pressure pills but for me breakfast is an anytime meal and my heavy meal of the day is normally more of a brunch with a quick snack in the evening mainly to keep glucose from going low, but...

Favorite meat: Fried ham, but I like most all breakfast meats. Bacon is great and so are link sausage and sausage patties. I prefer patties because I often use those to either eat whole with eggs or scramble together with eggs and they are great for making sausage gravy for mashed potatoes as well as just about any bread. They are just a bit more versatile.

Eggs: Love all kinds but fried hard or on both sides is my preferred.

Pancakes are more of a time to time thing and normally I am more likely to make home made biscuits. Both of those I enjoy with maple syrup, sorghum syrup and blackstrap molasses.

I always like hash browns but they can make the meal a bit heavy.
