What I used to do was become what I called a "mall lizard" I would go to a mall and plant myself there for the hottest part of the day--take several books and just read sipping a smoothie or cup of coffee for hours and hours...hope the heat wave breaks soon for you all...

Have you any plans for today?
Today I plan on going to work. Everything else is an extra. Will try be present at work and give my students my all.
Need to find a nutritionist and don't really have the money for one, it's not important for this very moment, but I think it's something I should do....
I'm grateful that I'm up on time, although I'm getting late (as always)

Sorry, I was out sick yesterday. Actually I am technically (and actually) still out sick. I may not be up to for another couple days. TBD
