Two simple questions, probably a bit controversial on this forum lol

One, emoji use: yay or nay?

Two, if you do like emojis, which one is your favorite?

I have an ulterior motive for bringing this up, of course, because I wanted to mention a couple of birthdays:

@rabitt3434 and @Shadowlands HAPPY B_DAY TO YOU BOTH! I brought this super cute birthday cake to celebrate!


As any of you that go in to chat know, Shadow is quick on the draw with a !!!! So I already know there will be one vote for YAY on emoji use

Emojis have their place. In online text, it can be really hard to express feelings, so emojis are useful and they can be fun and funny!

My favorite one was one in the old Yahoo chat rooms of a smiley tearing his hair out. I used to set up IDs to enter the rooms with names for the ID where I would claim to be every woman's fantasy, the greatest man ever born and the like and would post up messages that I hate egotistical people and use that hair tearing out image.

Absolutely. What was fun with chat rooms was how many folks knew me to be a cut up type and gotten to know me so all good. With the woman's fantasy I have a profile picture where I made the cast of Revenge of the Nerds look like ZZ Top Sharp Dressed Man and I was 5'6 and weighed about 130 at most so no muscular physique and skinny scrawny buggy whip arms. LOL
