For some reason, Calvin and Hobbes got me thinking about the Odd Couple today, and then in turn got me to want to find an "Odd Couple" cake on Google. I didn't find one, but I did find a restaurant, all the way up in Toon Town (aka Saskatoon in Canada) called the Odd Couple Restaurant! It's an Asian fusion restaurant.

Think maple glazed bacon and a farm fresh egg atop a heaping plate of Chinese BBQ pork and jasmine fried rice." Wow, what a combo for breakfast!
That got me thinking about a question for today. Have you ever been to a fusion restaurant like that? Someplace that combined two or more types of cuisine? What did you think? What did you have to eat there?
Mrs Luki and I used to go to restaurant up in Portland called the Iron Horse. They served Mexican food, but they would utilize a lot of farm to table vegetables in their dishes so you might get a dish with locally grown asparagus, carrots, or some other vegetable, either on the side or right in the dish itself! Sadly they had to close due to the pandemic, but I liked what they did there a lot!
OK, so for the Bacon and eggs on jasmine rice, I gotta know what @ravens thinks about that one! lol
