I like something about myself that I can’t put into words. Best approximation would be that I have recovered my original (childlike) sense of wonder and joy. I had lost contact with this, but going through my depression and learning how to cope has allowed me to find it underneath the facade of fitting into the world.

This really touched me.

About myself there is a little likeable thing, of loving seeing the good in people, even when and sometimes especially when it can be difficult to like them. I also like that I was born being able to draw, because it's fun.

I agree with @AmberMarie about @LumberJack - that was succint, lovely, and powerful.

Thank you @Innocent Forever

Almost forgot: here's sliced lemon loaf, and some rice crackers with goat cheese.

I like my independence, my resourcefulness, and my adventurous spirit.

I remember, at 25 and just out of grad school, loading a Uhaul with everything I owned and heading to Chicago. No job, no place to live, and I knew one person. Within three days I had an apartment and a full time job, and a week later, a paid part in a professional theater production.

Not sure if I'd make such a risky, gutsy move now (that was 30 years ago), but I feel like I can still "wing it" when I need to! Or want to, even 😁
