It's after 4am here and I'm going to head to sleep.
How are you all doing?
What are your plans for today/the weekend?

Today - Thursday was the last day pesach/passover so was up until now changing over and clearing up the house - tonight is shabbat. That's always my weekend plans.

I am fucked up, a panic attack got the best of me.
I have no plans other than trying not to take my life.
My sister suffering of boredom
I have accomplished absolutely nothing.
My dad helped me out of my panic attack.
Not bereave them by committing suicide.
I am sorry this isnt fun, i am really sorry.

A panic attack got the best of me today, too. It doesn't make you weak or a bad person. Panic is damn near impossible to deal with at times, so don't be so hard on yourself.

Look Inno, it's five o clock now. I've been sleeping now for about 3 hours but at least we've moved ahead one hour. Let's see what's going on when I wake up... Be back soon.

Good morning. Sorry I haven't been around. Getting used to being at work again and tired I guess at end of day but grateful to be working. I hope I dont stay in bed over the weekend, bad habits then bad thoughts creep in. So plans are to clean and go to food store and dye my hair. Hopefully sons come for dinner. lots of people have been nice for me today/last night. My Nan sent me a handwritten letter that I opened this morning, it must have been difficult for her as she's losing her eye sight and is pretty old and unwell.

I am not doing well. Some vinegar leaked into my pill drawer and destroyed all of my pills. This is my third day without meds. In spite of it all I am putting sunshine on my face and pretending nothing is wrong. Hope you are doing better.

What are your plans for today/the weekend?
I am buying a new tire and a wood lathe today and will work on getting the lathe set up this weekend. I love turning wood and it will be a great distraction for me. I have 3 newer tires on my car and this fourth tire will make them all good again.

What is something you are grateful for?
I am grateful for the alcohol I have and the friendship with my roommate.

A cat video on Facebook

What have you accomplished?
I was up at 4 am this morning and used the free file forms at irs site to file a tax return for my roommate. He has not filed taxes for the past 3 years and wants to catch back up on them.

What has someone done nice for you?
I am chatting with someone now via PM about a problem that has bugged me for some time and I appreciate their time and the responses.

What can.you do for someone else?
I am spending $600 of my stimulus money on small local businesses today. I think that is enough for one day.
